Claims (18)

  1. POLYURETHANSKUM, PROCEDURE FOR FREMSTILLING OG ANVENDELSE
    1. Vandtæt, fleksibelt polyurethanskum opnået ved omsætning af en polyolbestanddel, som omfatter mindst én hydrofob polyol med en fed carbonhydridkæde og en polyisocyanat-komponent, der er under indflydelse af et skummiddel kendetegnet ved, at det har en kompressionskraft på mindre end 12 kPa ved 50 % kompression ifølge standarden ASTM D3574E, hvori det har en massefylde på mindre end 100 kg/m3, og hvori molforholdet mellem isocyanatfunktioner ud af de samlede alkoholfunktioner og de reaktive funktioner (indeks) er mindre end eller lig med 0,85.
  2. 2. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge krav 1 er kendetegnet ved en kompressionskraft i området mellem 8 til 12 kPa ved 50 % kompression.
  3. 3. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét af kravene 1 eller 2, er kendetegnet ved, at det har en massefylde, som er mindre end eller lig med 60 kg/m3.
  4. 4. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at mindst én af komponenterne polyol og polyisocyanat har en funktionalitet, der skal være på over 2, navnligt på mindst 2,1.
  5. 5. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at isocyanat-indekset ligger i området mellem 0,70 og 0,85.
  6. 6. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at komponenten polyol reagerer med komponenten polyisocyanat ved tilstedeværelsen afen alkoholkomponent eller en monofunktionel amin.
  7. 7. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at den hydrofobe polyol er udvundet af fedtsyredimer, navnligt som følge af dobbeltforestring af fedtsyredimer af en polyol.
  8. 8. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at komponenten polyisocyanat hovedsageligt består af methylen-bis-4,4’-phenylisocyanat (4,4’-MDI).
  9. 9. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge krav 8 er kendetegnet ved, at komponenten polyisocyanat hovedsageligt består af mindst 30 % mol af isomer 2,4’-MDI.
  10. 10. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at skummidlet indeholder vand.
  11. 11. Polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at det opnås ved tilstedeværelse af mindst ét tilsætningsstof, navnligt et overfladeaktivt, der har mindst én reaktiv funktion med henblik på polyisocyanatforbindelsen eller polyolforbindelsen.
  12. 12. Fremstillingsprocedure for polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af de foregående krav er kendetegnet ved, at den består af følgende trin: - Klargøring af en reagerende blanding bestående af komponenten polyol, komponenten polyisocyanat samt skummidlet, - den reagerende blanding hældes på et transportbånd, - transportbåndet sættes i gang og kører rundt, og den opøste blanding føres gennem en hærdningsovn.
  13. 13. Procedure, der ifølge krav 12 er kendetegnet ved, at der lægges et lag beskyttelsesfilm over den opøste blanding, transportbåndet sættes i gang og kører rundt, og den opøste blanding med den påførte beskyttelsesfilm køres gennem en hærdningsovn.
  14. 14. Procedure, der ifølge ét af kravene 12 eller 13 er kendetegnet ved, at der på forhånd lægges et underliggende lag af beskyttelsesfilm på transportbåndet.
  15. 15. Procedure, der ifølge ét af kravene 13 eller 14 er kendetegnet ved, at det underliggende lag af beskyttelsesfilm eller det lag af beskyttelsesfilm, der ligger over skummet, er forsynet med et klæbemiddel på den overflade, som rører ved den reagerende blanding.
  16. 16. Procedure, der ifølge ét af kravene 13 til 15 er kendetegnet ved, at det underliggende lag af beskyttelsesfilm og/eller det lag af beskyttelsesfilm, som ligger over skummet, adskilles, og der påføres et andet lag af beskyttelsesfilm, som er forsynet med klæbemiddel på den frie overflade af skumbåndet.
  17. 17. Fremstillingsprocedure for polyurethanskum, der ifølge ét vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 11 er kendetegnet ved, at den består af følgende trin: - Klargøring af en reagerende blanding bestående af komponenten polyol, komponenten polyisocyanat samt skummidlet, - indsprøjtning af eller påføring ved hældning af den reagerende blanding i en lukket eller åben form, og - hærdning af blandingen i formen.
  18. 18. Anvendelse af polyurethanskum, ifølge ét vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 11, som vandtæt forsegling.
