Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en rørformet foring til udforing af kanaler eller rørledninger, når den er imprægneret med hærdebar syntetisk harpiks, hvori den rørformede foring udformes fra en forsyning af fladt ban-05 elaminat, omfattende et harpiksabsorberende lag, på hvis ene side der er hæftet et uigennemtrængeligt lag, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter kontinuert tilføring af banen i længderetningen, idet banen under denne bevægelse omformes til rørform med det uigennemtrængelige lag yderst.
10 Laminater af denne art, der ofte kaldes "poser11, er beregnet til anbringelse i rørledninger eller kanaler til foring af disse med det harpiks-absorberende lag, der er imprægneret, i et sådant omfang, at det er gennemvædet, med en hærdelig harpiks. Når posen ligger som en foring i rørledningen, er det absorberende lag pla-15 æret nærmere kanalens overflade end overtrækket, og laminatet holdes i sin stilling ved hjælp af fluidum under tryk, indtil harpiksen er hærdet til en tilstrækkelig hårdhed til at danne et hårdt beskyttende harpiksrør, med det absorberende materiale indesluttet deri, formet til kanalens overflade og med en glat indvendig over-20 flade afgrænset af overtrækket.
Den sædvanlige fremgangsmåde til anbringelse af laminatet består i at krænge det omvendt ind i kanalen eller rørledningen fra den ene ende deraf, idet krængningen foretages ved anvendelse af en væske til omkrængning af laminatet og svømmende understøttelse 25 af laminatet, når det vandrer ind i kanalen eller rørledningen gennem den allerede omkrængede del deraf. Denne fremgangsmåde anvendes, når laminatet er præ-imprægneret med harpiksen ved injektion af harpiks i laminat eller pose før omkrængningen deraf. Selv når laminatet imprægneres i løbet af omkrængningen (dvs. i rørled-30 ningen eller kanalen), understøttes laminatet, da det fortsat har en væsentlig vægt, bedst ved hjælp af væske, når det omkrænges i rørledningen eller kanalen.
Som det imidlertid tydeligt vil fremgå af det følgende, er fremgangsmåden til anbringelse af posen ikke en del af den foreliggende 35 opfindelse, hvilket heller ikke er tilfældet for det materiale, som anvendes til imprægnering af det absorberende lag. Det mest almindelige materiale til dette formål er en harpiks som beskrevet, men andre 2

materialer såsom cementholdige eller bituminøse materialer kan anvendes.
Den foreliggende opfindelse angår fremstillingen af selve laminatet, men det er vigtigt at tage den endelige brug af laminatet i 05 betragtning for at forstå de hermed forbundne problemer.
Den traditionelle fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af laminatet består i at begynde med en laminat-bane omfattende det absorberende lag og overtrækket og lade kanterne overlappe til dannelse af et rør, idet de overlappende kanter forenes ved hjælp af forseglingsstrimler 10 eller lignende.
Det problem, som opstår i forbindelse med brugen af sådanne laminater, består i, at de overlappende dele danner en søm af væsentligt større tykkelse end resten af laminatet, og når laminatet omkrænges, pålægges der ekstra spændinger på sømmen, dvs. netop 15 på det sted, hvor såvidt muligt høje spændinger skulle undgås, fordi sømmen hidtil har været den svageste del af laminatet. Det har endvidere været et problem på effektiv måde at forsegle sømmene, således at der ikke kan ske lækage af harpiks eller væske gennem laminatet.
20 Som en følge af fremstillingen af laminatet på den beskrevne måde er der forekommet fejl i form af lækager og sprængning af laminater ved sømmene under installation.
Den foreliggende opfindelse tilvejebringer en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af laminater af den angivne art, hvorved de ovennævnte 25 ulemper undgås.
I overensstemmelse hermed er fremgangsmåden, ifølge opfindelsen ejendommelig ved, at de frie endekanter lægges stødende imod hinanden, at kanterne sys sammen, mens de to støder sammen kant mod kant, ved hjælp af sting, der forløber hen over sømmen, og at 30 der påføres et forseglende bånd eller en forseglende belægning på ydersiden af den bevægede rørformede foring og hen over syningen på en sådan måde, at harpikslækage gennem sy hul lerne under installeringen af foringen forhindres.
Når et forseglende bånd anvendes, afvikles det fortrinsvis fra 33 en rulle af sådant materiale og varmeforsegles til laminatets overtræk over de nævnte syningshuller.

Fremstillingen sker fortrinsvis kontinuert, og overtrækket kan f.eks. være polyurethan eller polyvinylchlorid, idet strimlen består af et kompatibelt varmeforsegleligt materiale. Nar polyurethan anvendes, kan det være nødvendigt at inkludere et forstærkende net-05 værk i båndet, fordi polyurethan ved opvarmning let bliver uhånd-terbart. PVC er mere stabilt over et større temperaturinterval og foretrækkes derfor. Det absorberende materiale kan være et fibrøst filtmateriale af polyurethan eller polyester.
Opfindelsen belyses i det følgende nærmere ved hjælp af en 10 udførelsesform under henvisning til tegningen, hvor
Figur 1 i tværsnit viser en del af det laminerede materiale, som skal dannes til et rørformet laminat i overensstemmelse med denne udførelsesform af opfindelsen,
Figur 2 i perspektivisk billede, hvorledes det rørformede lami-15 nat fremstilles i overensstemmelse med den nævnte udførelsesform, og
Figur 3-8 viser perspektivisk forskellige trin ved dannelsen af syningen, som holder de sammenstødende kanter af det i fig. 2 viste rørformede laminat, bortset fra figur 5, som er et tværsnit 20 langs linien V-V i figur 4.
Idet der nu nærmere henvises til tegningen, viser fig. 1 et tværsnit af laminatmateriale, som anvendes til dannelse af det rørformede laminat i overensstemmelse med den foreliggende opfindelse. Materialet omfatter i dette eksempel et relativt tykt lag 10 af fibrøst 25 filtmateriale, der tjener som laget til absorption af harpiksen på den her beskrevne måde, og lamineret til filten et overtræk eller en hinde 12 af syntetisk formstofmateriale, der i brug virker som en ballon, hvorved laminatet kan formes af fluidumtryk efter rørledningen eller kanalen, som skal fores. Filtet 10 kan bestå af fibrøst polyure-30 than- eller polyestermateriale fremstillet ved hjælp af konventionel nålestikningsteknik, mens overtrækket 12 kan være en belægning af PVC eller polyurethan påført på en hvilken som helst egnet måde.
Fig. 2 viser, hvorledes materialebanen, hvoraf en sektion er vist i fig. 1, dannes til det rørformede laminat. Banen fødes fra en 35 valse med overtrækssiden vendende nedad, og kanterne rulles omkring mod en symaskine 14, som syr kanterne sammen, mens de i sammenstødende kontakt ligger an mod hinanden, således at disse 4

kanter holdes sammen, og der påføres derefter over syningen 16 et bånd 18 (som kan være et varm-ekstrudat) af syntetisk formstof-materiale, der forsegles til det ydre overtræk. I dette eksempel blødgør et opvarmningsapparat 20 strimmeimaterialet, før det påføres over-05 trækket 12, og det blødgjorte materiale kan rent faktisk forsegle de ved syningen 16 dannede nilehuller.
Opvarmningsapparatet 20 er fortrinsvis en varmluftblæser, som er indrettet til at kunne bøjes ud af kontaktstillingen med båndet 18 i tilfælde af, at bevægelsen af det rørformede laminat i retningen 22 10 ophører. De kantområder af laminatet, som støder op til sømmen, kan også opvarmes før påføringen af båndet 18. Efter start er driften kontinuert, og rørformede laminater af størrelsesordenen 200 og 300 meter kan produceres ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden. Der kan forefindes en trykvalse 24 eller en ikke vist flad anlægsplade indret-15 tet ti I at presse mod båndet 18, således at det bløde bånd klemmes eller presses mod overtrækket 12 over laminatets sammenstødende kanter til dannelse af en forseglende strimmel. Såfremt det ydre overtræk 12 er PVC, og båndet 18 også er PVC, opnås en særdeles god forsegling mellem overtræk og bånd og en meget effektiv og 20 stærk søm med minimum ekstra tykkelse i forhold til resten af laminatet. Båndet 18 kan være af et eftergiveligt materiale, idet syningen 16 rent faktisk vil optage spændingen over sømmen, når laminatet senere anvendes som her beskrevet. Det foretrækkes, at sømmens styrke udgøres af syningen, og strimlen 18 er derfor fortrins-25 vis af et eftergiveligt materiale. Et rørformet laminat fremstillet i overensstemmelse med denne fremgangsmåde kan omkrænges pi særdeles tilfredsstillende måde i overensstemmelse med det foran anførte, selv efter at det indre af laminatet er blevet imprægneret med en hærdelig harpiks, hvorved filtlaget 10 gennemblødes eller, gennem-30 vædes.
Figur 3-8 viser, hvorledes syningen 16 dannes, og idet der først henvises til fig. 3, vil det ses, at de to kanter A og B af la-minatmaterialet, som skal sammensys, er anbragt i sammenstødende kontakt, men på en sådan måde, at de i tværsnit danner et omvendt 35 V, hvor Vets vinkel er vist ved tallet 30 i fig. 3. Ved hjælp af dette arrangement kan en enkelt lige nål 32, der reciprokerer vandret som vist ved en pil 34, trænge gennem begge kanter A og B.

5 Nålen 34 er forsynet med en stærk tråd eller sejlgarn 36, hvorved det skal erindres, at de to kanter A og B under syningsoperationen rent faktisk bevæger sig kontinuert i retning af pilen 38.
Fig. 4 viser nålen 32, efter at den er trængt gennem begge 05 kanter A og B, og enden, som bærer tråden 36, er stukket ud gennem kanten B. Det bør nævnes, at nålen 36 går igennem overtrækket 12 pi kanten A og dukker ud fra overtrækket 12 på kanten B.
Nir nilehovedet kommer ud, mødes garnsløjfen af en trådkaster 40, således at der bevares en garnsløjfe, som vil danne et låsesting som 10 · her beskrevet.
Fig. 5 viser kort fortalt, hvorledes nålen 32 trænger gennem hulrummet i V-sektionen, som afgrænses af de to kanter A og B, og et stykke af garnet 36 føres gennem dette hulrum for at medvirke til at holde de sammenstødende kanter af laminatet sammen.
15 Fig. 6 viser stillingen, efter at nålen 32 er trukket tilbage fra den i fig. 4 viste stilling, og en sløjfe L af garnet er bevaret ved hjælp af tråd kasteren 40, som nu er bevæget tværs over de sammenstødende kanter A og B som vist i fig. 6 og præsenteres for nålen 32, som er klar til at foretage en yderligere gennemtrængningsvan-20 dring svarende til den i fig. 4 viste vandring, men når dette trin er nået, vil laminatet have bevæget sig i retning af pilen 38, og de foregående huller 42 og 44, som er frembragt i kanterne A og B af nålen 32, vil derfor have bevæget sig ud af den reciprokerende nåls bane.
25 Fig. 7 viser et til fig. 4 svarende trin, hvor nålen 32 igen er trængt gennem kanterne A og B, men denne gang er nålen 32 passeret gennem sløjfen L, som derfor låses i sin stilling og danner en bro tværs over de sammenstødende kanter A og B. Fig. 7 viser også, at trådkasteren 40 endnu en gang er vandret over de sammen-30 stødende kanter og har opsamlet garnsløjfen i området ved nålens øje. Proceduren gentages, ved at nålen 32 nu trækkes tilbage, og trådkasteren 40 bærer en yderligere sløjfe L2 som vist i fig. 8 over sømmen og præsenterer sløjfen L2 endnu en gang for den tilbagetrukne nål 32, således at der dannes et yderligere låsesting, når 35 nålen 32 igen foretager en gennemtrængningsvandring. Fremgangsmåden gentages naturligvis cyklisk, således at der dannes en lang syet søm som vist ved 16 i fig. 2, og store længder af rørformet laminat kan fremstilles ved hjælp af denne fremgangsmåde.

Det vif kunne ses, at der opnås en effektiv syningsoperation, og sytråden vil udover at blive effektivt låst danne bro over den sammenstødende kantsøm mellem kanterne A og B, hvorved disse holdes effektivt sammen inden dækningen ved hjælp af forseglingsbåndet.
05 Den resulterende struktur er særdeles stærk i sømområdet, og tykkelsen af strukturen i sømområdet er kun forøget minimalt. Laminater, som er fremstillet i overensstemmelse med den foreliggende opfindelse, kan på effektiv måde omkrænges som foran beskrevet.
Ifølge en ændret udførelsesform anvendes i stedet for syning 10 til brodannelse over sømmen en stærk klæbestrimmel, som sys til hver side af de respektive kanter A og B, hvorefter den dækkes med ét eller flere bånd svarende til båndet 18.
Udstyret til fremstilling af de beskrevne laminater er relativt simpelt og ikke kostbart.

Claims (4)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen rørformet foring til udforing af kanaler eller rørledninger, når den er imprægneret med 05 hærdebar syntetisk harpiks, hvori den rørformede foring udformes fra en forsyning af fladt banelaminat, omfattende et harpiksabsorberende lag, på hvis ene side der er hæftet et uigennemtrængeligt lag, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter kontinuert tilføring af banen i længderetningen, idet banen under denne bevægelse omformes til rørform 10 med det uigennemtrængelige lag yderst, KENDETEGNET ved, AT de frie endekanter lægges stødende imod hinanden, AT kanterne sys sammen, mens de støder sammen kant mod kant, ved hjælp af sting, der forløber hen over sømmen, og AT der påføres et forseglende bånd eller en forseglende belægning på ydersiden af den rørformede 15 foring og hen over syningen på en sådan måde, at harpikslækage gennem syhullerne under installeringen af foringen forhindres.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor der anvendes et forseglende bånd, KENDETEGNET ved, at det forseglende bånd afvikles fra en rulle deraf og varmeforsegles til laminatets udvendige over- 20 træk, over syhullerne.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, KENDETEGNET ved, at båndet påføres sømmen under tryk mod en modholdsvalse eller anlægsplade.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 eller 3, KENDETEGNET ved, 25 AT syningen udføres ved, at man reciprokerer en nal gennem begge de frie kanter, mens de ligger i sammenstødende kontakt under dannelse af en omvendt V-form i tværsnit, således at en lige nål trænger gennem begge kanter ved at blive bevæget på tværs af V-for- 30 35
