Opfindelsen angår en lap af et med svejsbart plast belagt væv til reparation af presenninger til afdækning af varer, især i forbindelse med grænseoverskridende varetrafik på f.eks. containere eller lastvognslad ved brug af en plomberingsstrim-5 mel af svejsbart plast til plombering af hele omkredsen af lapmaterialet sammen med presenningen ved svejsning.
Afdækningspresenninger, som anvendes til afdækning af laståbninger på i forbindelse med grænseoverskridende varetra-10 fik anvendte containere eller lastvognslad må i tilfælde af en beskadigelse repareres toldplomberingssikkert. Por at kunne udføre en sådan reparation har man hidtil demonteret presenningen, i det mindste delvis, fra f.eks. containeren og anbragt den på et fast, lige underlag og derpå anbragt repara-tionslappen oven på det beskadigede sted. Ifølge toldforskrifterne må den lap, som skal svejses sammen med presenningen, plomberes med en yderligere plaststrimmel efter reparationen, og den lapkantoverlappende påsvejsning af plomberingsstrimmelen må endog foregå samtidigt under samme svejsetrin, under hvil-

ket lappen svejses sammen med presenningen. Hertil lægges først lappen oven på den demonterede presenning, og derpå påsættes plomberingsstrimmelen med dens begyndelse separat midt på lapkanten, hvorpå den om hele lapomkredsen førende svejseproces foretages med et håndsvejseapparat, hvorunder 25 plomberingsstrimmelen føres separat ved hjælp af den anden hånd. Bortset fra at hele reparationsprocessen er tidskrævende og omstændelig på grund af den tidsrøvende demontering og montering af den presenning, der skal repareres, på grund af de ofte ugunstige vejrforhold uden for byerne og for det 30 meste på havnene og på grund af containerpresenningernes betragtelige størrelse og dermed forbundne vægt, er det for en fagmand endvidere kun gennemførligt ved meget samvittighedsfuldt arbejde, da det er yderst vanskeligt at påsvejse de forholdsvis smalle og separat manuelt styrede plomberings-strimler i en sådan korrekt stilling og overlappende med en tilstrækkelig stor udragende del langs hele omkredsen af lappens rand, at den ved hjælp af strimlerne foretaget plombering kan anerkendes som toldplomberingssikker. tioner kun vanskeligt lader sig gennemføre på stedet, må presenningerne for det meste leveres ind til et reparationsværksted, hvorved reparationen naturligvis bliver meget dyr eller i tilfælde, hvor der mangler fagfolk, overhovedet ikke udført.

Formålet med opfindelsen er at tilvejebringe en reparationslap af den indledningsvis nævnte art, hvor denne reparationslap er forberedt således færdig til brug, at den også kan svejses sammen med den presenning, der skal repareres af en 10 ikke-fagmand på stedet på en således enkel måde, at reparationsstedet kan betragtes som toldplomberingssikker.
Med en reparationslap af den nævnte art og udformet som angivet i krav l's kendetegnende del er det på enkel og billig 15 måde muligt at udføre en toldplomberingssikker reparation af presenninger til det nævnte formål, og en sådan reparation kan desuden udføres af en ikke-fagmand. Derudover kan den let foretages på stedet, uden at presenningen må demonteres.
I hvert tilfælde er der garanti for, at plomberingsstrimmelen 20 har den forskriftsmæssige mindste udragende del ligeligt fordelt til begge sider af lappens periferikant og svejses upåklageligt sammen med både lappen og presenningen. Både sammensvejsningen af lapmaterialet med presenningen og af plomberingsstrimmelen med disse to materialer under et og samme svejsetrin 25 forvolder ikke længere problemer, da håndsvejseapparatet er det eneste, der behøver at blive styret under reparationen, da lapmaterialet allerede er løsbart forbundet med plomberingsstrimmelen.

Ifølge en foretrukken udførelsesform for opfindelsen, der har de i krav 2 angivne træk, er plomberingsstrimmelen allerede ved hjælp af en forudgående svejseproces forbundet med lapmaterialet, hvilket kan betragtes som en meget enkelt og virkningsfuld forbindelsesmåde. Derudover kan der også an-35 e vendes en klæbeforbindelse, da den endelige pasvejsnmg af plomberingsstrimmelen er medindbefattet ved den endelige sammensvejsning af lappen med presenningen.· 149145 3
Opfindelsen forklares nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser en lap ifølge opfindelsen, set ovenfra, fig. 2 en del af et reparationssted med en lap ifølge opfindelsen, set ovenfra, og 5 fig. 3 et snit efter linien III-III i fig. 2.
Den i fig. 1 viste lap består af det egentlige lapmateriale 1, som er fremstillet af et væv, som er belagt med svejsbar plast, samt en svejsbar plomberingsstrimmel 2, som er uløseligt forbundet med lapmaterialet langs hele dennes om-10 kreds, idet den har en mindste forskriftsmæssig udragende del 3, som senere ved en eventuel reparation, kan svejses sammen med presenningen. Plomberingsstrimraelen 2 kan bestå af enkelte aflange stykker 4, 5, 6 og 7, som lapper ind over hinanden ved enderne. Dens foreløbige og placeringskorrekte 15 forbindelse med lapmaterialet er for letheds skyld tilvejebragt ved svejsning, hvorved det ikke ubetinget er nødvendigt med en gennemgående svejsesøm, idet der også kan vælges en svejsesøm, som består af indbyrdes adskilte, f.eks. punktformede svejseforbindelsessteder. Som en anden mulighed kan 20 den foreløbige forbindelse også være tilvejebragt ved klæbning. Klæbemidlet må imidlertid ikke påvirke eller skade den senere endelige svejseforbindelse.
Det i fig. 2 viste udsnit viser det sted, hvor lappen er sammensvejset med presenningen i større målforhold. Lappen 25 8 er svejset sammen med presenningen 9, hvorved hele bred den af svejsesømmen forskriftsmæssigt er profileret med et arret mønster 10, som er bredere end bredden af plomberingsstrimmelen 2 og på tegningen er kendetegnet ved en krydsskravering .

149146 uløselig forbindelse med de to materialer, hvilket afbildningsmæssigt er vist ved udfyldning med sort farve. Den takkede øvre begrænsning af denne udfyldning skal anskueliggøre armønsteret 10.
5 Lappens 8 fastgørelse til presenningen 9 er så let som tænkeligt muligt. Lappen lægges blot oven på det beskadigede sted på presenningen og samtidigt hermed holdes en jævn fast ' plade eller lignende genstand an imod presenningens anden side for at tilvejebringe et underlag for håndsvejseappara-10 tet, der er af en almindelig kendt type. Dette håndsvejseapparat føres derpå langs med lappens 8 periferi oven over plomberingsstrimmelen 2, hvorved sammensvejsningen foregår. Det er. således ikke lasngere nødvendigt med særskilt fastholdelse af plomberingsstrimmelen ved hjælp af denne metode, 15 da plomberingsstrimmelen ifølge opfindelsen nu er en fast bestanddel af lappen. Der er således mulighed for på enkel og billig måde at foretage en i overensstemmelse med toldbestemmelserne foretaget reparation af presenningen. Den beskrevne lap er ikke blot velegnet til reparation af 20 presenninger, som anvendes til afdækning af varer, som indgår i grænseoverskridende trafik, men kan også anvendes til andre presenninger, med hvilke den er sammensvejselig. Patentkrav.
1. Lap af et med svejsbart plast belagt væv til reparation af presenninger til afdækning af varer, især i forbindelse med grænseoverskridende varetrafik på f.eks. containere eller lastvognslad ved brug af en plomberingsstrimmel af svejsbart plast til plombering af hele omkredsen af lapmaterialet sammen med presenningen, ved svejsning, kendetegnet ved, at plomberingsstrimmelen (2) er uløseligt forbundet med lapmaterialet (1) under bibeholdelse af en på strimmelen værende udragende del (3) til sammensvejsning med presenningen (9).
