Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et apparat til sammen-svejsning af de to dele af en af en underdel og en dækseldel bestående diapOsItivramme af formstof og opstab-ling af de svejste rammer på transport- eller centre-5 ringsstave, og som har en eller flere t ilførings skakte*1 for opstablede diapositivrammer, og hvorfra der udgår transportører, der fører til et ultralydsvejsehoved, og som bag ved ultralydsvejsehovedet har en eller flere centreringsskakter til modtagning af de svej-10 LS.fc.e . l diapositivrammer, og som udvider sig nedad og over transportøren har et trykstempel til nedføring af diapositivrammerne i centreringsskakterne.
Der kendes et apparat til forbindelse af de to dele af en af underdel og dækseldel bestående diapositivramme 15 af formstof ved sammensvejsning og opstabling af de svejste rammer på transport- eller centreringsstave.
Dette apparat har særskilte tilføringsskakter for underdel og dækseldel, hvorfra en nedre transportør for underdelen og en øvre transportør for dækseldelen ud-20 går og forenes under et ultralydsvejsehoved. Som følge af den præcision, der kræves, vil dækseldelens placering på underdelen ved kontinuerlig fremføring af rammekomponenterne ved svejsehovedet være meget vanskelig at gennemføre ved dette kendte apparat.
25 Endvidere har hver tilføringsskakt en skyder, der er indbyrdes forbundet. Ved enden af den fælles transportør er anbragt en centreringsskakt, der udvider sig nedad og over transportøren har et trykstempel, jfr. tysk fremlæggelsesskrift nr.1.287.326.
30 Det er opfindelsens formål at angive en konstruktion, hvorved ydeevnen af det kendte apparat forøges, således 2 148729 at diapositivrammer af formstof vil kunne konkurrere med de billige paprammer.
Dette opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved at udforme et apparat af ovennævnte art på den i kravets kendetegnende 5 del angivne måde. Herved opnås et apparat, i hvilket der kan sammensvejses og opstables diapositivrammer, hvis dele er indbyrdes forbundet ved hjælp af et hindeformet hængsel. Herved opnås, at der for hver rammes vedkommende kun skal aflægges et enkelt emne på trans-10 portøren, og at rammens to dele er placeret præcist i forhold til hinanden.
Medens ved det kendte apparat skyderen efter hver til-føring af en diapositivramme til ultralydsvejsehovedet skal føres tilbage til sin udgangsstilling, vil ydel-15 sen ved konstruktionen ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse kunne forøges med 50¾, da der anvendes et endeløst transportbånd med medbringerknaster. Por samtidig at sikre den nødvendige præcision ved ultralydsvejsningsoperationen er transportorganerne for diapositiv-20 rammerne opdelt og foran ultralydsvejsehovedet forsynet med centreringsfingre, der sikrer en nøjagtig centrering af diapositivrammen under svejsehovedet. Transportørerne er udformet således, at de nævnte diapositivrammer af specialkonstruktion på transportbanen samti-25 dig gøres svejseklare. Ydelsen af apparatet ifølge opfindelsen vil i praksis alene være begrænset af svejseoperationen, d.v.s. længden af svejsetiden og opadbe-vægelsen af svejsehovedet.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere i det følgende ved en ud-30 førelsesform under henvisning til tegningen, hvor 3 148729 fig. 1 viser udformning ifølge opfindelsen af til-føringsskakterne set ovenfra, fig. 2 maskinen set fra siden, fig. 3 i perspektiv en detalje ved fremføringsbanen, 5 fig. 3a,3b,3c og 3d en detalje af samme set henholdsvis fra siden, fra oven og i snit. fig. 4 centreringsskakterne set forfra, og fig. 5 en detalje, ved tilføringsskakten set fra siden og i snit.
10 Som det vil fremgå af fig. 1, udgøres tilføringsskak- terne af en dobbelt skakt 1 udformet med en fælles skillevæg 2. Vinkelret på fremføringsretningen er skakternes to sider 3 og 4 åbne. Til hver skakt føres en med en omløbende kant forsynet underdel 5 af en diapositiv-15 ramme, hvis dækseldel 6 ved hjælp af et hindeformet hængsel er fastgjort til underdelen 5· De to rammedele 5 og 6 tilføres dobbeltskakten 1 i opklappet tilstand, således at de to rammedele befinder sig i det væsentlige i samme vandrette plan.
20 Pig. 2 viser udformningen af transportorganerne. Disse udgøres af en endeløs transportkæde 7, som bærer et antal medbringerknaster 8-11. Der findes en transportkæde 7 i forbindelse med hver af dobbeltskaktens 1 skakter. Transportkæderne 7 med medbringerknasterne 25 8-11 fører ved medbringerknasternes indgreb i ramme underdelens 5 billedvindue de to rammedele frem til umiddelbart foran et ultralydsvejsehoved 12. På dette sted er anbragt centreringsfingre 13, som sikrer, at de sammenfoldede diapositivrammer 14 fremføres nøjag-30 tigt centreret under ultralydsvej sehovedet 12. Det er ikke nødvendigt, at centreringsfingrene 13 frem- 4 148729 fører hver diapositivramme 14 umiddelbart under svejsehovedet 12. Det vil. forstås, at videreføringen også kan foregå ved hjælp af en eller flere diapositivrammer beliggende mellem centreringsfingrene 13 og den dia-5 positivramme 14, der ligger nøjagtigt centreret under svejsehovedet 12.
Fig. 3 viser udformning af føringsbanen, som på et første afsnit bukker dækseldelen 6 fra dens vandrette plan op i et lodret plan og i et efterfølgende afsnit 10 fører den ned i underdelen 5. Hver føringsbane udgøres af to føringsskinner 15 og 16. I det første afsnit 17 har kun den inderste føringsskinne 16 en styrenot 18 for diapositivrammens underdel 5- De udvendigt beliggende føringsskinner 15 er inden for dette afsnit 15 foroven forsynet med en opadgående og hen mod føringsbanen udvidet kurve 19, som bevirker, at dækseldelen 6 fra sin i det væsentlige vandrette udgangsstilling bøjes op i et lodret plan. I det påfølgende afsnit 17 er føringsskinnen 15 dels forsynet med en styrenot 20 21, dels med en indad udvidet og herover anbragt om føringsliste 22, som ved afslutningen af føringsbanen fører dækseldelen 6 ned i rammeunderdelen som forberedelse til sammensvejsningsoperationen.

Fig. 2 viser i forbindelse med fig. 4 udformning af centreringsskakterne. Fig. 4 viser centreringsskak-30 terne set forfra. Konstruktionen omfatter to par efter hinanden anbragte, altså ialt 4 centreringsskak- 5 148729 ter 23-26, af hvilke skakterne 23 og 25 er vist i fig.4, og skakterne 23 og 24 er vist i fig.‘ 2.. Hver centreringsskakt har et trykstempel, af hvilke trykstemplerne 27 og 28 er. vist. i fig. 4, og trykstempler-5 ne 28 og 29 er. vist. i fig. 2. Hvert trykstempelpar, f.eks. parret 27,28, er. fastgjort til et åg 29a, så at de ved hjælp af en cylinder 30 i fællesskab kan føres op og ned. I. fig. 2 er vist centreringsstave 31 og 32. Det vil forstås, at der er anbragt en cen-10 treringsstav i hver centrerskakt. Pig. 4 viser føringer 33, 34 og 35 for diapositivrammer betegnet med henholdsvis 36 og 37. De ydre føringer 34 og 35 er anbragt således, at de kan svinge udad, således at dia-positivrammerne 35 og 37 ved hjælp af trykstemplerne, 15 henholdsvis 28 og 27, kan trykkes ned i de tilhørende centreringsskakter. Endvidere findes en omstillingsmekanisme mellem de to trykstempelpar, henholdsvis 27,28 og 29,29r, der tjener til, såsnart de to første centreringsstave er fulde, at skifte om til de to 20 andre trykstempler, således at de efterfølgende diapositivrammer bliver opstablet på de to næste centreringsstave, og imedens kan de to fyldte centreringsstave fjernes og erstattes med tomme centreringsstave. løvrigt svarer udformningen af hver centreringsskakt 25 til den i tysk fremlæggelsesskrift nr. 1.287-326 viste.

Derpå bliver et klemorgan 40 for diapositivrammerne aktiveret, således at stablen for størstedelens vedkommende fastklemmes inden i dobbeltskakten 1, således at kun et ringe antal diapositivrammer vil 10 hvile på løftepladen 38, som vist i fig. 5· Herved sikres, at diapositivrammerne i den nederste del af stablen ikke klemmer sig fast, så at medbringerknaster-ne med sikkerhed kan gå ind i billedfeltet af den ne-derst beliggende rammeunderdel og føre denne ud af 15 stablen.
