Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til endelukning af kanalerne i plastrør,scan har en 'indervæg og en ydervæg, som er indbyrdes forbundet af aksialt forløbende skillevægge, som danner ak-sialt forløbende kanaler med et rundt tværsnit, ved hvilken 5 fremgangsmåde væggene ved enderne af kanalerne opvarmes til over plastificeringstemperaturen, og væggene derefter presses forseglende an imod hinanden, ved at der ind over plastrørets ende skubbes en bøsning til at presse kanalernes vægge ind imod hinanden.
10 Når rør af den nævnte type med aksialt forløbende kanaler anvendes som rørledninger, kan, hvis ydervæggen bliver beskadiget, grundvand trænge ind igennem åbninger eller revner i denne væg og ind til de langsgående kanaler, hvorved det hænder, at grundvandet blander sig med de affaldsvæs-15 ker, som overføres af de nævnte rørledninger. Anlæg til spildevandsrensning, til hvilket spildevandet leveres via sådanne rørledninger, belastes således af store mængder af grundvand, der ikke behøver at blive renset.
Det hænder også, at spildevand fra rørledningerne i til-20 fælde af beskadigelse eller huller i indervæggen strømmer ud i de sammenhængende kanaler og via disse sammenhængende kanaler og åbninger og revner i ydervæggen spreder sig til omgivelserne, hvilket kan give anledning til alvorlig forurening af den omgivende jord.
25 For at afhjælpe disse ulemper har man forsøgt at fremstille rørledninger, der er sammensat af plastrør, hvis langsgående kanaler hver for sig er aflukket i enderne.
Fra U.S.A. patentskrift nr. 3.464.450 kendes således et plastrør med ei ydervæg og en indervæg samt spiralformet 30 forløbende, forbindende skillevægge, som danner spiralformet forløbende kanaler med et firkantet tværsnit. Disse kanaler er ved rørenden aflukket med kanalaflukningsvægge, 146575 2 som danner dele af en radialt udadragende flange, som anvendes til sammenføjning med en tilsvarende flange på et andet rørstykke. Et endelukningsorgan til et sådant rør med spiralformede kanaler er forholdsvis vanskeligt at fremstille, 5 og rørforbindeiser ved hjælp af flanger har den ulempe, at det er vanskeligt at opnå en pålidelig tætning imellem to rørstykker.
Fra svensk fremlæggelsesskrift nr. 340.729 kendes en fremgangsmåde til endelukning af kanalerne i plastrør ned en indervæg og en ydervæg, der er indbyrdes forbundet med aksialt forløbende 10 skillevægge, så at der dannes aksialt forløbende kanaler, men dog ikke afrundede kanaler. Ved enden af kanalerne opvarmes væggene i en kanal til en plastificeringstemperatur og derefter presses kanalernes vægge forseglende an imod hinanden. Hvis denne fremgangsmåde udøves ved, at der pres-15 ses en konisk tilspidset bøsning ind over plastrørets yderside, for at forsyne plastrøret med en skrå endekant, som muliggør let indtrængning af et sådant rør i en muffeende, vil der dannes mange folder, som reducerer rørets styrkeegenskaber.
20 Fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen er ejendommelig ved, at væggene i en kanal presses forseglende an imod hinanden, ved at plastrørets endeområde udsættes for en mindre drejning om plastrørets længdeakse, samtidigt med at plastrøret bibringes en skrå kant ved dets yderside, idet rørets udven-25 dige og indvendige diameter bibeholdes, undtagen ved den skrå kant.
Det har herved vist sig, at der på denne enkle måde tilvejebringes et med aksialt forløbende riller forsynet plastrør, som har forholdsvis gode styrkeegenskaber uden styrkeforringende folder, der kunne vanskeliggøre tætningen imellem to rørstykker.
Under drejningen skifter kanalernes tværsnit til at begynde med form fra den cylindriske form til en elliptisk form, som gradvist bliver mere og mere elliptisk, og til sidst går rørets vægge fuldstændig i indgreb med hinanden og 146575 3 smelter sammen på grund af plastmaterialets forseglingstemperatur, hvorved der dannes en forsegling ved den pågældende ende af røret.
Særlig hensigtsmæssigt kan man ifølge opfindelsen presse 5 en bøsning med en konisk boring, hvis diameter er størst ved boringens åbning og i det mindste lig med en forud fastsat yderdiameter af et plastrør, hvis vægge skal sammenpresses, ind over plastrørets endeområde på det sted, hvor en kanals vægge skal presses forseglende imod hinanden, medens 10 man udsætter bøsningen for en mindre drejning om dens længdeakse.
Opfindelsen forklares nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser et kendt plastrør med ikke forseglede langs-15 gående kanaler, set i perspektiv, fig. 2 et snit igennem et plastrør, hvori kanalerne er forseglet ved hjælp af kanalaflukningsvægge, fig. 3 et snit igennem et kanalaflukningsorgan til forsegling af det i fig. 1 viste rør, hvilket organ er indrettet til at opnå ka-20 nalaflukningsvægge i hver af kanalerne, fig. 4 en udførelsesform for et plastrør med langsgående kanaler, der er forseglet ved enderne ved fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen, fig. 5a-5d viser detaljer af tværsnitsformen af kanalåbningeme i 25 et rør ved endelukning af kanalerne ved fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen ved brug af en bøsning med en konisk boring, og fig. 6 et rør, hvori de langsgående kanaler er lukket i enden ved fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen med en muffe, som har en indre rille.

Det i fig. 1 viste kendte plastrør omfatter en indervæg 1 og en ydervæg 2, der er indbyrdes forbundet ved hjælp af langsgående skillevægge 3, som danner langsgående kanaler 4. Selv om de langsgående kanalers akser i denne udførelses-5 form for røret er parallelle med plastrørets akse, kan de også være således forløbende, at kanalerne er let spiralformet .i rørets længderetning.
Fig. 2 og 3 viser et plastrør med kanalaflukningsvægge 6.
Den enkelte kanalaflukningsvæg 6 er' en endevæg 7 af et 10 cylindrisk fremspring 8, som er anbragt på en ring 9. Disse cylindriske fremspring er anbragt i enderne 5 af kanalerne 4 og strækker sig et mindre stykke i kanalernes længderetning, f.eks. 1 eller 2 cm ind i kanalerne fra de frie ender 9a, som er nærmest endevæggen 7.
15 Fig. 4 viser en udførelsesform for et plastrør, i hvilket en kanals vægge ved enderne 5' af en kanal er presset forseglende imod hinanden efter at være blevet opvarmet til en temperatur, der er beliggende over plastificeringstemperaturen. For at udføre en sådan operation opvarmes en ende 20 51 af et plastrør med langsgående kanaler imellem en ind vendig og udvendig væg, og derpå lades den glide ind over en dorn 12, hvorefter en bøsning 13 med en konisk boring, hvis diameter er størst ved boringens åbning, presses ind over plastrørets endeområde samtidig med, at bøsningen bi-25 bringes en svag drejning omkring dens længdeakse. Herved presses kanalernes 4 vægge forseglende sammen samtidig med, at fuger eller folder hindres i at dannes under operationen. Den svage drejning medfører, at skillevæggene 3 bringes til gradvis at blive deformeret. Kanalernes 4 tværsnit 30 ændres til at begynde med til en elliptisk form, der gradvis bliver mere og mere elliptisk. Til sidst berører væggene fuldstændigt hinanden og smelter sammen som følge af plastmaterialets temperatur, hvorved der dannes en forsegling. På grund af bøsningens 13 koniske boring tilveje-

5 Kanalerne er selvfølgelig fuldstændig indsnævret i umiddelbar nærhed af endeområdet 5' af røret som følge af dreje-bevægelsen, medens deres tværsnit tiltager gradvist i retning væk fra enden 5'. Et sådant rør med forseglede endeområder i kanalerne 4 har 10 i praksis vist sig at være velegnet til transport af spildevand . Fig. 6 viser en lidt anden udførelsesform for et endeområde 5", som er udvidet ved hjælp af en udvidelsestap 14 med en ringformet forhøjning 15, ved hjælp af hvilken der til-15 vejebringes en rille 16. Under dannelsen af muffen 17 udsættes udvidelsestappen 14 for en svag drejning. For at opretholde den indvendige diameter i røret i den del, som ikke er blevet udvidet, har udvidelsestappen 14 20 en del 14a, hvis diameter svarer til det oprindelige plastrørs indvendige diameter. Brugen af forseglingen af de langsgående kanaler ved hjælp af en dorn 12 og en bøsning 13 er særlig velegnet ved fabriks frems tilling.
