Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Waschverfahren für Klein- und Großbetriebe und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Waschverfahrens. Sowohl in der Haushaltwäscherei als auch im gewerblichen Großbetrieb bei Einsatz von Trommelwaschmaschinen arbeiten die bisher gebräuchlichen Anlagen für den Waschprozeß mit einem Wirkungsgrad von höchstens 15%. Besonders die aufzuwendenden Zeiten für Wasch- und Spülbäder, die im Durchschnitt einschließlich Flottenwechsel usw. für eine Wäsche 50 Minuten erreichen, sind kaum tragbar. Dazu kommt der hohe Verbrauch an Chemikalien in Form von Wasch- und Waschhilfsmitteln sowie der Aufwand für bereitzustellende Wärme, Kraft und Wasser.The invention relates to a washing method for small and large businesses and a device for carrying out the washing method. Die vorliegende Erfindung schlägt nun ein Verfahren vor, mittels Waschens mit Schall die bisher gebräuchlichen Anlagen zu ersetzen. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Waschgut innerhalb der Waschflüssigkeit zwischen zwei gegeneinander arbeitende Schwingplatten gebracht, die elektromagnetisch erregt werden. Durch das Gegeneinanderarbeiten zweier Schallgeber werden die auftretenden mechanischen Kräfte restlos ausgenutzt. Mechanischer Druck (Schlag) und Zug einerseits und durch Düsenwirkung erzeugte rasche Wasserbewegung anderseits, die sich im Waschgut selbst auswirken, sorgen für eine schnelle und gute Reinigung des Waschgutes. Um eine schnelle Emulgierung der Schmutzteilchen in das Wasser zu erzielen, ist es nur notwendig, die Flotte einmal mit einem geringen Zusatz eines Waschmittels zu versehen. Die Reinigung verläuft bei richtiger Schichtung und bei normaler Waschtemperatur so schnell, daß für Großanlagen Durchlaufsysteme in Frage kommen, wobei zwei oder mehrere Systeme in einem Behälter nebeneinander arbeiten mit automatischer Zuführung. Die Spülung muß in solchen Fällen in zwei, hintereinander geschalteten Systemen im Durchlauf erfolgen.
