Description
Protective housing for the accessories of high-voltage fluorescent tubes On the protective housing for the accessories of high-voltage fluorescent tubes, mainly for transformers and Chokes are also used in terms of the appearance of the energy conversion Occurring heat as well as the sound made special requirements. That's how it should be Protective housing cannot be acoustically stimulated by magnetic and electrical fields, it should still be thermally controllable, not cause heat accumulation, flame retardant, be acoustically damping, be of high mechanical and electrical strength and offer complete protection against electrical contact. From a metallic one Enclosures can have magnetic, acoustic, electrical and flame retardant conditions can only be met with a large amount of space and then only to a limited extent. The usage of non-metallic housings is therefore given and also already known, however with little success, because the housing in view of the accessories for high-voltage fluorescent tubes necessary high electrical strength an undesirably high heat storage capacity and an undesirably good acoustic conductivity, especially for low frequencies, receives. The accumulation of heat can be counteracted by wall openings, but is this in turn favors the direct exit of the sound energy and the protection taken against electrical contact. The object of the invention is to address the disadvantages this known insulating housing for accessories from Avoid high voltage fluorescent tubes.
According to the invention, parts of the disruptive heat or sound sources adjacent housing wall provided with air ducts, each of which in detours runs from the inside to the outside and is offset from its inlet opening Has outlet opening. These channels can e.g. B. in the vertical housing walls are provided. It is then expedient to ensure that the outside the openings are lower than the inside. According to a special embodiment According to the invention, the air ducts are step-shaped in cross-section. The air ducts are z. B. formed by approximately Z-shaped molded plastic webs. It is advantageous to that in the staircase-shaped perforated walls, the web thickness is equal to the thickness of the Air ducts, so that 59% of the air is injected on about 50/9 wall surface. The invention fully ensures protection against electrical contact, sufficient mechanical and electrical strength and sufficient heat leakage achieved and due to the detours of the air ducts also the sound leakage from the housing and the entry of foreign substances into the housing is significantly hindered or practical Completely prevented if the rear wall of the case alone has one, - as indicated, openwork Has training and the opposite building wall and the other housing walls are designed to prevent sound and flare. Preferably the walls are, in particular the lid, designed to reflect sound and heat on the inside. The case is expediently made from two identical molded shell halves.
The invention is explained and supplemented in more detail by means of examples.
R shows the plan view of the lower part of a protective housing, Fig. 2 shows the side elevation corresponding to a section along the line C-D.
The bounded areas S can be seen as in Fig. 2 at S, here designed raised, where at the point U the shown in Fig. 3 on an enlarged scale, Air channels W and the perforated wall Z can be seen in detours are. Fig. 5 shows the cover housing from the inside, with the longitudinal extent of the Slots can be seen, and FIG. 6 shows a section along the line A-B.
The protective housing is attached to building walls and the like with the help of the spacer bracket F, so that the air can also circulate on the housing wall, facing the load-bearing wall G is not prevented. On the standoffs F is the accessory device for high-voltage fluorescent tubes directly through openings fixed in the housing and expediently with spacers H against the housing, so that the mounting brackets act as the main support of the device and the housing wall of the mass and the vibrations of the device is acoustically separated. The attachment of the device on the bracket is done by screws I, so in the protruding nut thread yet another device E, such as capacitors or arrester connections for grounding, by simply screwing them into the protruding screw thread can. Sometimes there is also the requirement that the device through the protective housing be hung completely insulated against electrical conductivity to the outside got to. Is then also the condition for a very high dielectric strength made by a housing made of flame retardant materials no longer is given, as in Fig. q. shown, between metal connector L. and housing wall N expediently an insulating intermediate layer M inserted, which is preferably consists of "thermoplastic masses, which are known to be extraordinarily high dielectric strength are and despite their low heat resistance can be used here as a result of their embedding. To even with such a Suspension will keep the device weight from the wall of the insulating material housing a wart-shaped approach K added, which the mounting bracket F predominantly on Claim shear.
The use of an insulating housing also gives the possibility of Switching elements, such as disconnectors and fuses, are advantageous and space-saving in or to be arranged on the insulating material walls. So is z. B. the one in the drawing The device shown has a two-pole disconnector in compliance with the relevant regulations embedded in the side walls of the housing to save space. In Figs. Z and 2 are the four socket-like contacts h can be seen, to which the current-carrying supply and Leads are connected, while in Fig. 5 and 6 with P the mating connector are designated, which lead at the same time the housing cover and a current bridge 0, which can also be replaced by fuses. This is done in this way the required separation when separating the two housing parts. of the supply lines inevitably, which means that in the case of fuses that are in the cover, it is achieved that the same can only be operated in the de-energized state.
The cable feeds are made in a known manner through stuffing boxes, which are inserted into holes R (Fig. r, 2 and 5) in the housing wall. Instead of of the cable entries, ventilation valves can also be inserted into the holes R.
