  • Verfahren zur spanlosen Verformung von Eisen und Stahl und anderen Metallen und Metallegierungen .
  • Zusatz zum Patent 747 422 In dem Patent 747 422 ist ein Verfahren zur spanlosen Verformung von Eisen und Stahl beschrieben, welches darin besteht, daß als Kühl- und Schmiermittel Wasser-in-Öl- und Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen mineralischer, pflanzlicher und tierischer Öle Verwendung finden, deren wäßrige Phase Sulfide (Einfach- und Mehrfachsulfide) in gelöster Form enthält.
  • Bei der praktischen Ausführung des Verfahrens hat es sich gezeigt, daß gewisse Tiefziehstähle eine erhebliche Resistenz gegen den Angriff wäßriger Lösungen der Sulfide der Alkalien, Erdallralien und organischen Basen in der angewandten Verdünnung aufweisen.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man die Aggressivität dieser stark basisch reagierenden Sulfide erheblich steigern kann, wenn man ihren Lösungen saure Stoffe, wie Mineralsäuren, organische Säuren, insbesondere mittel- und höhermolekulare Fettsäuren, Phenofe usw. zufügt. .
  • Die Steigerung der Aggressivität ist zweifellos auf die durch den Zusatz von sauren Stoffen bewirkte Bildung von Wasserstoffsulfiden zurückzuführen. Die gleiche Wirkung wird deshalb auch erzielt, wenn man den ölemulsionen an Stelle der Sulfide Schwefelwasserstoffwasser zufügt.
  • Es hat sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, bei Verwendung von Schwefelwasserstoffwasser geringe Mengen mittel- oder höherrnolekularer Fettsäuren. wie Caprylsäure, Linolensäure, zuzufügen, da diese Stoffe anscheinend den Schwefelwasserstoff zu binden und dessen rasche Oxydation zu verhindern vermögen.

Claims (3)

  1. PATE\TAXSPRÜCHE: i. Verfahren zur spanlosen Verformung von Eisen und Stahl nach Patent 747 4-2a, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den wäßrigen Lösungen .der Sulfide der Alkalien, Erdalkalien, organischen Vasen saure Stoffe, wie Mineralsäuren, organische Säuren, insbesondere mittel- und höhermolekulare Fettsäuren, Phenole zusetzt.
  2. 2. Verfahren zur spanlosen Verformung von Eisen und Stahl nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Stelle der Lösungsgemische aus den basisch reagierenden Sulfiden und sauren Stoffen Wasserstoffsulfide verwendet werden.
  3. 3. Verfahren zur spanlosen Verformung von Eisen und Stahl nach -Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung von Schwefelwasserstoffwasser den Kühl- und Schmiermitteln mittel- oder höhermolekuläre Fettsäuren zugesetzt werden.
