Description

Weather flute made of insulating material It is well known in mining operations It is necessary to supply the miners working on site with fresh, cool air. So-called weather ducts, which are usually made of galvanized, are used for this Sheet metal are produced :. The ducts made of galvanized sheet metal, depending on the diameter the tubes with a wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm have the disadvantage that they are very heavy and. ' are expensive and; the warm surrounding air through the very conductive sheet metal jacket let it penetrate inside. and here the cooler air to be supplied to the miners reheat. Attempts have been made to remedy this deficiency by means of isolation. The cost of proper, moisture-proof and durable insulation but make weather management so expensive that one is looking for a way out, the one cheaper, weather guidance allows. Even built-in air conditioning systems have so far Due to the high costs, no satisfactory result was shown. The weather pipe according to the invention consists of an insulating insulating material, for. B. Asbestos, fiberglass, Slag wool and other mineral wool, cellulose or the like, in the form of panels, as impregnated hard cardboard or hardboard, up to a desired diameter rounded and tightly sealed at the seam. The Lutten can too be made from rolled cardboard tubes. The advantage of these insulating cardboard tubes consists in that in the pipeline made of an insulating material the air flowing through it remains cooler than in d'en. good conductive sheet metal pipes, the weight of these insulating cardboard tubes is only half that of the sheet metal tubes and the approx. 4 mm thick, hard cardboard jacket offers greater resistance than the i mm thick sheet metal jacket. However, the insulating effect should be very important and decisive the insulating cardboard red as well as the cheaper price compared to the sheet metal pipes. In the case of one of several thinner layers of wrapped seamless Cardboard tube are the individual layers with a moisture-proof and the pit water resisting varnish impregnated and glued together to prevent penetration To prevent moisture.

Two cardboard tubes can also be used for an even better insulating effect in a abstinence. about. i cm pushed one on top of the other and the remaining cavity be filled with a high quality insulating material.

The ends of the tubes are covered with cardboard strips of the same material or cork rings sealed in such a way that a completely sealed Resulting cavity, which contributes not insignificantly to increasing the insulating effect. By these two stacked and airtight cardboard tubes with an intervening one particularly high quality! Insulating layer, a dampening effect is achieved that is worth mentioning No more increase in the temperature of the fresh air flowing through the ducts allows.

But if you want to continue to use the existing sheet metal pipes, Then these insulating cardboard tubes can be placed over the sheet metal ducts at any desired distance drawn and the cavity filled with some insulation material. It results Then cheap and high-quality gel insulation for the B, lechlutten, everyone Claims also with regard to moisture resistance, impact and shock as well as Durability in every respect.
