Lubricating device, in particular for refrigerant compressors The invention
refers to one suitable for refrigerant compressors with a vertical working shaft
Lubricating device with a compressor drive, inside a hollow cylinder
circumferential working link provided with helical oil conveying grooves. at
the compressors equipped with such a working element was previously the
lower end of the drive shaft itself or one arranged coaxially with this shaft
special conveyor link used for lubricant delivery. The lubricant supply
thus required either an unfavorable arrangement of the drive shaft and thus
of the compressor or the use of additional rotating parts that exactly match
the drive shaft had to be aligned and an additional building material,
Construction costs and space requirements. Especially with the simplest from a structural point of view
Embodiment of reciprocating compressors with immediately below the vertical
The crank pin mounted on the drive shaft seemed to apply the effect of adhesion
of the oil based and high oil pressures delivering lubrication grooves at least
Without. the arrangement of an additional conveyor link is not possible.
einen im Zylinder io längs verschieblich geführten Verdichterkol'ben i i antreibt.
The invention is based on the knowledge that. also with the reciprocating compressors
of the last-mentioned type without a conveyor member arranged coaxially with the drive shaft
a pressure oil delivery can be achieved if, according to the invention, the crank pin bearing
is designed as a down into the oil supply sleeve, so that the
at least at its lower end with a conveyor groove and together with
The drive journal of the compressor revolves around the sleeve in the oil and revolves around the sleeve
is effective as an oil delivery link.
Further features of the invention are the
The following description can be found, which partially refers to that in the drawing
Embodiment of the subject invention shown in longitudinal section relates.
'In a gas-tight housing composed of two drawn parts i and 2
is an essentially hollow-cylindrical support part 3 for the stand 4
attached to an electric motor, the rotor 5 of which is mounted in a neck bearing 7
vertical drive shaft 6 is connected. At the bottom of this shaft is a
Crank pin 8 attached, which by means of a crank loop of the known type
drives a compressor piston i i which is guided longitudinally displaceably in the cylinder io.
This crank pin, like the one surrounding it, has the slider 13 of the crank loop
attached bearing sleeve 14 not only the length required by this drive purpose,
Instead, these parts are up to the oil supply 15 located in the container part 3
led down and are thus immersed in this oil.

Since the pin 8 on its outer surface with a helical:
