Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus Naturprodukten hergestellte Wärmedämmplatte.
Bekannte Wärmedämmplatten dieser Art enthalten als Naturprodukte Stroh, Späne, Holzschliff, Holzwolle, Kork od. dgl. und
werden nicht, nur »us Gründen der Energie- und Rohstofferspernis, sondern auch aus baubiologischen Gesichtspunkten bevorzugt. Sie sind feuchtigkeitsregulierend, atmungsaktiv, und teilweise auch preiswert, enthalten keine schädlichen Chemikalien
und geben auch im Brandfall keine giftigen Gase ab. Die aus den oben genannten Naturprodukten hergestellten Dämmplatten weisen
allerdings bis auf das recht kostspielige Kork vergleichsweise große Wärmedurchgangszahlen auf und müßten daher, um eine
brauchbare Wärmedämmung zu bewirken, vergleichsweise dickwandig ausgeführt werden. Außerdem haben derartige Wärmedämmplatten vergleichsweise unbrauchbare Wärmedurchgangszahlen, da sie
zur Erzielung einer ausreichenden mechanischen Festigkeit hoch verdichtet werden müssen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine aus Naturprodukten hergestellte Wärmedämmplatte so auszubilden, daß sie vergleichsweise leicht ist, bei vergleichsweise geringer Dicke
eine kleine Wärmedurchgangszahl aufweist und dennoch stabil genug ist, um im Bau eingesetzt werden und die einschlägigen
technischen Anforderungen erfüllen zu können.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe enthält die Wärmedämmplatte erfindungsgemäß
als Naturprodukte vermahlenes Zeitungspapier, pflanzliche oder tierische Naturfasern, wasserlöslichen Naturkleber
und eine feuerhemmende, fäulnisverhindernde Komponente.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Wärmedämmplatte ist in der beiliegenden
Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt. Sie besteht beispielsweise aus der eigentlichen Dämmplatte 1, die mit einem vorzugsweise
feuerhemmenden Papier 2 kaschiert sein kann, um einen Befestigungsrand
3 zur Erleichterung der Montage oder bei hochgeklapptem
Befestigungsrand 3 einen Kantenschutz zur Transportsicherung zu erhalten.
Hauptbestandteil der Dämmplatte 1 sind nicht verschmutzte Zeitungen, die im wesentlichen aus Zeitungsdruckpapier bestehen,
wie es für die Herstellung von Tageszeitungen benutzt wird. Weniger geeignet ist hochwertiges Illustrationsdruckpapier,
wie es insbesondere zur Herstellung von Illustrierten od. dgl. angewendet wird. Der Hauptbestandteil der erfindungsgemäßen
Dämmplatte ist somit ein preisgünstiges Abfallprodukt, das beispielsweise mittels einer Hammermühle vermählen und in
einen faserigen, wolligen Zustand gebracht wird.
Zur Erhöhung der mechanischen und zumindest zur Handhabung
ausreichenden Festigkeit einer aus Zeitungspapier hergestellten Dämmplatte werden dem vermahlenen Zeitungspapier pflanzliche
oder tierische Naturfasern beigemischt, die vorzugsweise eine Länge von ca. zwei bis zehn Zentimetern aufweisen. Besonders
geeignet sind preisgünstige Jutefasern, aber auch beispielsweise Tierhaare.
Zur mechanischen Verbindung der Papier- und Naturfasern untereinander
wird diesen ein wasserlöslicher Naturkleber beigemengt,
der beispielsweise auf Eiweiß-, Stärke-, Zellulose-, Kohlehydrat-, Naturharz- oder Ligninbasis hergestellt wird und vorzugsweise
in Körner- oder Pulverform vorliegt.
Schließlich wird der Ausgangsmischung noch eine feuerhemmende
und fäulnisverhindernde, insbesondere mineralische Komponente beigegeben, die eine Zulassung der Dämmplatte nach den geltenden
DIN-Vorschriften ermöglicht. Die mineralische Komponente besteht
beispielsweise aus Borax.
Zur Herstellung einer Dämmplatte aus den genannten Naturprodukten
werden diese vermischt, in eine Form gegeben und mit einem Abdeckblech od. dgl. auf ihre Nennstärke verdichtet. Anschlie-Gend
wird das verdichtete Material mit heißem, trockenem Dampf durchdampft, indem beispielsweise der Boden der Form und das
Abdeckblech als Lochbleche ausgebildet werden. Abschließend wird die fertige Dämmplatte der Form entnommen und in einem
trockenen, beheizten Raum getrocknet. Nach dem Austrocknen kann die Dämmplatte 1 bei Bedarf mit dem Papier 2 kaschiert
werden.
Es wird eine lose, staubtrockene Schüttung aus 70 Gew. % sauberem
Zeitungspapier, 10 Gew. % Lignin, 10 Gew. % Jutefasern
und 10 Gew. % Borax hergestellt. Nach dem Eiingeben in eine
Form wird die Schüttung etwa auf die Hälfte ihres ursprünglichen Wertes und eine Plattendicke von ca. sieben Zentimeter
verdichtet und dann etwa eine Minute lang mit überhitztem, trockenem Dampf behandelt. Danach erfolgt die Trocknung in
Warmluft.
Die so hergestellte Wärmedämmplatte ist bei einem spezifischen Gewicht von weniger als 150 kg/m , vorzugsweise von etwa
100 kg/m , relativ leicht und besitzt bei geringer Dicke eine vergleichswseise kleine Wärmedurchgangszahl.
Claims (6)
1) Aus Naturprodukten hergestellte Wärmedämmplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naturprodukte vermahlenes Zeitungspapier,
pflanzliche oder tierische Naturfasern, wasserlöslichen
( Naturkleber und eine feuerhemmende, fäulnisverhindernde Komponenten
aufweisen.
2) Wärmedämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naturfasern aus Jutefasern bestehen.
3) Wärmedämmplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Naturkleber aus einem Kleber auf Stärke-, Celluloid se-, Eiweiß-, Naturharz-, Kohlehydrat- oder Ligninbasis besteht.
A) Wärmedämmplatte nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerhemmende und fäulnisverhindernde
Komponente aus Borax besteht.
5) Wärmedämmplatte nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem feuerhemmenden Papier (2) kaschiert ist.
6) Wärmedämmplatte nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daQ sie 70 Gew. % Zeitungspapier,
10 Gew. % Jutefasern, 10 Gew, % Lignin und 10 Gew. % Borax
enthält.
