Description

Schäumpistole mit aufgesetzter Schaum-Treibgasdose
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schäumpistole mit aufgesetzter Schaum-Treibgasdose.
Bei der Verarbeitung von Polyurethanschaum aus Treibgasdosen läßt sich die Austrittsmenge durch das allgemein verwendete Kippventil nur ungenügend dosieren. Auf dem Markt befindliche Dosierpistolen sind nur in Verbindung mit speziell eingerichteten Schaumbehältern verwendbar.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, Polyurethanschaum aus einer handelsüblichen Treibgasdose, in Verbindung mit einer Dosierpistole, exakt dosierbar auszutragen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 vorgesehen. Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Die Erfindung bringt eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen mit sich. Da das Ventil der Schaum-Treibgasdose direkt auf die Schäumpistole aufgeschraubt wird, kann jede handelsübliche Treibgasdose mit Kippventil verwendet werden. Es entsteht t>o eine kompakte Einheit und der Doseninhalt läßt sich exakt dosiert verarbeiten.

Die entleerte Schäümdöse ist einfach und schnell auswechselbar. Beim Abschrauben der Schaümdose ist das Ventil der Dose geschlossen Und es können so auch nur teilweise entleerte Schaumdosen ausgewechselt werden.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in Verbindung mit der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert:

Gemäß Fig. 1 ist auf der Oberseite einer Dosierpistole (1) eine Bohrung mit Innengewinde angebracht. In dieses G-ewinde wird das Ventil (2) der Schäum-Treibgasdose (3) eingeschraubt. Anschließend wird die Treibgasdose (3) nach hinten gekippt um das Dosenventil (2) zu öffnen. In dieser zur Ventilachse geneigten Stellung wird die Dose (3) mit einer schellenartigen Klemme (4) festgehalten. Zum Auswechseln der Treibgasdose (3) wird diese wieder in Achsrichtung des Ventils (2) gekippt. Das Dosenventil (2) ist wieder geschlossen und die Dose (3) kann abgeschraubt werden.

1. Schäumpistole mit aufgesetzter Schaum-Treibgasdose, gekennzeichnet durch auf der Oberseite einer Schäumpistole befindliche Bohrung mit Innengewinde, in die das Dosenventil mil". Außengewinde einer Schaum-Treibgasdose eingeschraubt ist und durch Kippen der Schaum-Treibgasdose das Dosenventil öffnet und die Dose mit einer Klemmvorrichtung
in dieser zur Einführachse geneigten Stellung gehalten ist.
2. Schäumpistole mit aufgesetzter Schaum.-Treibgasdose nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die
Schaum-Treibgasdose mit einer schellenartigen Klemme in gekippter Stellung gehalten ist.
