Description
Bei Prüfungen des Zündfunkelns vonOttomotoren innerhalb des Zylinders begegnet man allgemein Schwierigkeiten, da man weder in den Zylinder hineinsehen kann, noch Rückschlüsse bei geprüften Zündkerzen ihre Berechtigung haben. Bekannte Einrichtungen zum Prüfen des Zündfunkens beziehen sich lediglich auf den Nachweis der Zündhochspannung und bilden auch nur annähernd die Verhältnisse im Zylinder nach, so daß bisher das einwandfreie Überspringen des Zündfunkens innerhalb des Zylinders von außen mit Sicherheit nicht nachgewiesen werden konnte.When checking the sparkle of petrol engines inside the cylinder one encounters difficulties in general because one does not look into the cylinder can still be justified in drawing conclusions from tested spark plugs. Durch Annähern eines Taststabes T an den Hochspannungsteil der Zündkerze wird die zum Aufleuchten der Glimmlampe Gl notwendige Hochfrequenzenergie der zu untersuchenden Zündkerze entnommen. Die UKW-Drossel D verhindert unerwünschtes Eindringen nicht hochfrequenter Störspannungen, so daß die Glimmlampe Gl gegenüber bereits bekannten Einrichtungen nur dann aufleuchtet, wenn der Hochfrequenzkreis entsprechend kurz,#%-ellig angestoßen wird. Das Annähern des Taststabes T an den Hochspannungsteil der Zündeinrichtung sorgt weiterhin für eine exakte und abgegrenzte Anzeige der Hochfrequenzimpulse durch die sich dabei zwangsläufig einstellende Dosierung der Energie, während z. B. andere Störimpulse infolge geringerer Intensität nicht zur Anzeige gelangen, was gegenüber bereits bekannten Einrichtungen, wie z. B. Zündspannungsprüfern usw., einen wesentlichen Vorteil darstellt.
