Description
Bei Prüfungen des Zündfunkens von Ottomotoren innerhalb des Zylinders begegnet man allgemein Schwierigkeiten, da man weder in den Zylinder hineinsehen kann, noch Rückschlüsse bei geprüften Kerzen ihre Berechtigung haben. Bekannte Einrichtungen zum Prüfen der Zündfunken beziehen sich lediglich auf den Nachweis der Zündspannung und bilden auch nur annähernd die Verhältnisse im Zylinder nach, so daß bisher das ein--,vandfreie Überspringen des Zündfunkens innerhalb des Zylinders von außen mit Sicherheit nicht nachgewiesen werden konnte.When testing the spark of gasoline engines inside the cylinder one encounters difficulties in general because one does not look into the cylinder can still be justified in drawing conclusions from tested candles. Aus der bekannten Tatsache heraus, daß bei richtigem Zündelektrodenabstand von '/1o bis 'ho mm elektrische Wellen erzeugt werden, von denen solche von 5 bis 1 5 m besondere Intensität besitzen, verwendet die Erfindung einen UKW-Empfänger, der mittels eines Taststabes T lediglich durch Annähern an den Hochspannungsteil der Zündeinrichtung die notwendige Energie über einen Schwingungskreis, bestehend aus der Induktivität L und dem Kondensator C dem Steuergitter G einer Verstärkerröhre V einer üblichen Verstärkeranordnung zufuhrt. Im Ausgangskreis der Verstärkeranordnung liegt über einem Kondensator C2 eine Glimmlampe Gl, die den verstärkten Impuls optisch zur Anzeige bringt. Der abgestimmte Schwingungskreis verhindert unerwünschtes Eindringen nichthochfrequenter Störspannungen, so daß die Glimmlampe G!, gegenüber bereits bekannten Einrichtungen, nur dann aufleuchtet, wenn der Schwingungskreis entsprechend kurzwellig angestoßen wird. Das Annähern des Taststabes T an den Hochspannungsteil der Zündeinrichtung sorgt \%-eiterliin für eine exakte und abgegrenzte Anzeige der Hochfrequenzimpulse durch die sich dabei zwangsläufig einstellende Dosierung der Energie, während z. B. andere Störimpulse infolge geringer Intensität nicht zur Anzeige gelangen. «-as gegenüber bereits bekannten Einrichtungen, wie z. B. Zündspannungsprüfern usw., einen wesentlichen Vorteil darstellt.
