Description

  • Es sind Speichennippel bekannt zur Befestigung von Stahlspeichen bei Fahrrädern und anderen Fahrzeugen. Um das Festrosten zu verhüten, werden diese aus Messing hergestellt. Zur Einsparung von Kupfer stellt man diese aus Zink her. Diese Nippel haben nur eine geringe Festigkeit. Infolgedessen reißt der Kopf leicht ab oder es treten sonstige Mängel auf.
  • Durch die Erfindung werden diese Mängel beseitigt.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt in Abb. i einen Nippel in Ansicht. i ist der Kopf, 2 ist der runde Ansatz, 3 der Vierkant. In der Zeichnung, Abb. 2, ist dieser Nippel im Schnitt gezeichnet, ,4 ist der Stahlmantel als tragendes Teil des Ni,- pels, 5 ist der innere Teil mit dem Nippelgewinde aus Nichteisenmetall.

Claims (2)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCHE: i. Speichennippel, insbesondere für Fahrräder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser als tragendes Teil einen Stahlmantel (4) und ein Innenteil (5) aus einem Nichteisenmetall hat.
  2. 2. Speichennippel nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus Stahl bestehende Mantel (4) aus mehreren Teilen besteht.
