Description

Die Neuerung betrifft eine Dämmplatte für die Innendämmung von Naßräumen, bestehend aus einer beschichteten Hartschaumplatte .
Innendämmüngen werden im allgemeinen dadurch hergestellt, daß auf die Dämmplatten eine Putzschicht oder eine solche aus Gipskartonplatten oder ein anderer Plattenbelag aufgebracht wird, wobei in die Platten eine Dampfsperrschicht eingearbeitet sein kann. Diese Konstruktion ist jedoch für Naßräume, z.B. Schwimmbäder ungeeignet, weil Gips- und auch Zelluloseprodukte, wie Karton, nicht genügend feuchtigkeitsbeständig sind.
Aber auch bei einer z.B. mittels eines Klebemörtels mit der Platte verbundenen Dampfsperrschicht kann es zu einem Ablösen

von der Dämmplatte kommen, wenn von außen eingedrungene Feuchtigkeit nicht ausreichend ausdiffundieren kann.
Neuerungsgemäß wird dieser Nachteil durch eins Dämmplatte beseitigt, bei der die Beschichtung aus einer mittels Haftkleber auf einer Plattenseite befestigten und mit einem armierten Klebemörtel abgedeckten Dampfsperrschicht besteht.
Vorzugsweise ist die Dampfsperrschicht eine Metallfolie, die eine Prägung etwa nach Art einer Ledernarbung aufweist.
Die Armierung des Kiebemürtels kann aus zugesetztem Fasermaterial oder aus einem eingebetteten Armierungsgewebe bestehen.
Zweckmäßig weist die Hartschaumplatte Rillen auf, vorzugsweise beidseitig.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. ·*■ Diese zeigt eine beschichtete Dämmplatte zur Herstellung der Innendämmung.
Die Hartschaumplatte 1 weist Rillen 2 auf, die beidseitig oder einseitig ausgebildet sein können^ Die Plattenkanten sind als Stufenfalze 3 ausgebildet und die Plattenfläche ist mit einer Dampfsperrschicht 4 in Form einer Aluminiumfolie abgedeckt, die eine Prägung 5 nach Art einer Ledernarbung

aufweist und mittels eines Haftklebers auf die Platte 1 aufgebracht ist. Die Haftklebermenge ist hierbei gering gehalten und bedeckt lediglich die durch die Prägung der Folie entstandenen Grate. Somit sind zwischen der Oberfläche der Platte 1 und der Dampfsperrschicht 4 kleine Hohlräume vorhanden, die zu einem Teil miteinander kommunizieren. Durch die Abdeckung bilden die Rillen 2 geschlossene Kanäle, die dem Ausgleich des Dampfdrucks dienen.
Auf die Dampfsperrschicht 4 ist eine Schicht Klebemörtel 6 unter Freilassung der Kanten aufgetragen, in die ein Armierungsgewebe 7 eingebettet ist. Die Aluminiumfolie ragt über die Plattenkanten vor und ist an diesen zweckmäßig umgeschlagen.
Nach Aufbiegen der Kanten der Dampfsperrschicht werden die Platten 1 an der Wand mittels Haftmörtel angesetzt, wonach zusätzlich Mauerdübel aus Kunststoff oder Edelstahl durch Beschichtung und Dämmplatte in die Mauer eingeschlagen werden. Der Kopf des Mauerdübels soll dann auf dem Armierungsgewebe aufliegen. Anstelle eines Armierungsgewebes 7 kann der Klebemörtelschicht 6 Fasermaterial zugesetzt sein. Die Mauerdübel sind in gegenseitigen Abständen von etwa 50 cm zu setzen.
Nach Anbringen der Dämmplatten können die Stöße mit Armierungsgewebestreifen überdeckt und das Ganze mit einer zweiten Schicht Klebemörtel beschichtet werden. Hierauf können ohne Schwierigkeiten keramische Fliesen oder eine Putzschicht, d.h. ein Kunststoffputζ oder ein kunststoffmodifizierter mineralischer Putz auf Kalk- Zement-Basis aufgebracht werden.

Dies ist deshalb möglich, weil der zur Beschichtung der Dampfsperrschicht 4 vorgesehene Klebemörtel 6 zweckmäßig Kunststoffe von hoher Adhäsionskraft enthält und dadurch der Kunststoffgehalt bei hoher Klebekraft auf 5 - 15 % beschränkt werden kann. Dadurch, daß bei einer Innenwand-Dämmung im Gegensatz zu einer Außenwand-Dämmung keine sehr hohe Temperaturdifferenzen auftreten, kann der etwas erhöhte Ausdehnungskoeffizient kunststoffhaltiger Beschichtungsmassen gegenüber kunststoffarmen hydraulisch gebundenen Putzen nicht zu Schäden führen.
Beim Einschlagen der Mauerdübel wird die Dampfsperrschicht 4 verletzt, weshalb durch diese öffnungen Wasserdampf hindurchdiffundierer, und Feuchtigkeitsschäden auslösen kann,, Dies wird verhindert durch die Verwendung von gerillten Dämmplatten, wodurch sichergestellt wird, daß der an den verletzten Stellen durch die Dampfsperre tretende Wasserdampf sich verteilen und nach außen problemlos ausdiffandieren kann. Die durcn die Dampfsperrschicht 4 abgedeckten Rillen 2 der Platte 1 bilden somit Diffusionskanäle, deren Wirkung durch die aufgrund der Prägung 5 zwischen Dampfsperrschicht und Plattenoberfläche vorhandenen Hohlräume unterstützt werden kann. Sollte nämlich in einem der durch die Rillen begrenzten Felder der durch die Dampfsperrschicht abgedeckten Plattenoberfläche der Dampfdruck ein Ablösen der Dampfsperrschicht verursachen, so entsteht hierdurch eine Verbindung zu einer der Rillen und nach Ausdiffundieren des Wasserdampfes tritt aufgrund der Verwendung eines Haftklebers eine selbsttätige Wiederherstellung der Verklebung ein.

D-.e verhältnismäßig geringe Haftverbindung zwischen Dämmstoff und Dampfsperre macht das Setzen von Mauerdübeln notwendig. Ohne diese Maßnahme würde sich die verhältnismäßig schwere Putzschale oder der Fliesenbelag lösen und herunterfallen. Dieser Nachteil kann aber im Hinblick auf die durch den Haftkleber erzielten Vorteile hingenommen werden.

Claims (7)

1.) Dämmplatte für die Innendämmung von Naßräumen, bestehend aus einer beschichteten Hartschaumplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus einer mittels Haftkleber auf einer Plattenseite befestigten und mit einem armierten Klebemörtel (6) abgedeckten Dampfsperrschicht besteht.
2.) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DampfSperrschicht (4) eine Metallfolie ist.
3.) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfsperrschicht (4) eine Prägung (5) etwa nach Art einer Ledernarbung aufweist.

4.) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung des Klebemörtels (6) aus zugesetztem Fasermaterial besteht.
5o) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß di.e Armierung des Klebemörtels (6) aus einem eingebetteten Armierungsgewebe (7) besteht.
6.) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hartschaumplatte (1) Rillen (2) aufweist.
7.) Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hartschaumplatte (1) beidseitig gerillt ist.
