Description

  • Hauptscheinwerfer an Straßenfahrzeugen, insbesondere an Kraftfahrzeugen Den bekannten Hauptscheinwerfern an Straßenfahrzeugen haften insbesondere folgende Nachteile an: Bei Richtungsänderung beleuchtet der Scheinwerfer erst dann die neue Richtung, wenn das ganze Fahrzeug die neue Richtung einnimmt.
  • Bei abgeblendetem Fahrzeug auf dunkler Straße läuft man, auch bei noch so geringer Geschwindigkeit, Gefahr, Fußgänger oder nicht ausreichend beleuchtete Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrräder, Handwagen oder Karren, anzufahren.
  • Diese Nachteile sollen durch die Erfindung vermieden werden. Das Hauptmerkmal der Erfindung besteht in der Anbringung von Mitteln zum Verschwenken des Scheinwerfers um eine senkrechte Achse. Zweckmäßig wird der Scheinwerfer mit der Steuerung derart verbunden, daß der Scheinwerfer jeweils in dieselbe Richtung zeigt wie die Vorderräder des Kraftfahrzeuges.
  • Begegnen sich außerhalb einer Ortschaft zwei Fahrzeuge, so können durch eine Fußschaltung oder Handschaltung, beispielsweise am Lenkrad, der öder die Scheinwerfer des Fahrzeuges so verschwenkt werden, daß jedes Fahrzeug nur die von ihm selbst befahrene Fahrbahnhälfte beleuchtet. Das Abdrehen der Scheinwerfer kann gegebenenfalls auch durch Fotozellen ausgelöst werden.

Claims (2)

  1. PATENTANSPRCCHE: i. Hauptscheinwerfer an Straßenfahrzeugen, insbesondere an Kraftfahrzeugen, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zum Verschwenken des Scheinwerfers um eine senkrechte Achse.
  2. 2. Hauptscheinwerfer nach Anspruch i, gekennzeichnet durch eine derartige Verbindung des Scheinwerfers mit der Steuerung (Lenkung), daß der Scheinwerfer jeweils in dieselbe Richtung zeigt wie die Vorderräder des Kraftfahrzeuges.
