Description

Unterlage für flächige Auslegeware
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Unterlage für flächige Auslegeware, insbesondere für textile Teppiche, aus einem Faservlies auf der Basis bei Veresterung von Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyalkoholen entstandenem Kunststoff.
Als Unterlagen für Teppiche sind Gummimatten bekannt, deren Oberfläche mit erhabenem Muster zur Erhöhung der Rutschsicherheit versehen sind, sowie Gittergewebe, die zur Erzeugung einer Haftoberfläche während des Herstellungsverfahrens in Kautschukmilch getaucht werden.

Diese Teppichunterlagen sind deshalb unzureichend, da sie zum einen nicht ausreichend haften sowie anderseits an den ihnen aufliegenden Teppichen bei größerer Belastung — beispielsweise an den Knotenpunkten des Gittergewebes — Druckstellen herverrufen.
So hat man bereits vor etwa fünf Jahren versucht, diesen Nachteilen durch ein lockeres, chemisch fixiertes Pol3resterv3 ies von 12 bis 15 mm Dicke zu begegnen, das sich großflächig untet* dem Teppich erstreckt.
Ziel der vorliegenden Neuerung ist es nun, derartige Unterlagen bezüglich ihrer Strapazierfähigkeit und liafteigenschaft zu verbessern.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe führt, daß das Faservlies durch Vernadeln zu einen Nadelfilz verdichtet sowie von einem synthetischen fäTtkleber zur Erzeugung haftfähig bleibender Außenflächen überzogen ist. Dabei sollen die beiden Außenflächen der Unterlage an textilem Material lösbar haftend ausgebildet sein.
Durch die Verdichtung des Kadelfilzes werden die Nachteile lockerer Faservliese beseitigt, die Verwendung zweier haftender Außenflächen erlaubt einen vielseitigen Einsatz der Teppichunterlage und ein besonders günstiges Haftverhalten zwischen Teppichboden einerseits und aufliegenden Brücken od. dgl. anderseits.

Claims (2)

  1. Unterlage für flächige Auslegeware, insbesondere für textile Teppiche, aus einem Faservlies auf der Basis bei Veresterung von Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyalkoholen entstandenem Kunststoff,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Faservlies durch Vernadeln zu einem Nadelfilz verdichtet sowie von einem synthetischen Haftkleber zur Erzeugung haftfähig bleibender Außenflächen überzogen ist.
  2. 2. Unterlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre beiden Außenflächen an textilem Material lösbar haftend ausgebildet sind.
