Claims (6)
1.- Eine Herbizid-tolerante transgene Pflanze, die mit einem rekombinierenden
Ausdrucksvektor, der ein Protox (protoporphyrinogen oxidase)-Gen enthält, transformiert worden ist, welches der Pflanze eine Resistenz gegen von DPE
(Diphenylether) abgeleiteten Herbizide verleiht.
2.- Die Herbizid-tolerante transgene Pflanze gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der
rekombinante Ausdrucksvektor pBP14 ist, das in der Lage ist, Protox
(protoporphyrinogen oxidase) zu exprimieren.
3.- Die Herbizid-tolerante transgene Pflanze des Anspruchs 1, wobei das
Protox(protoporphyrinogen oxidase)-Gen aus Bacillus subtilis stammt.
4.- Die Herbizid-tolerante transgene Pflanze gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei diese
Pflanze Tabak ist.
5.- Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Herbizid-toleranten transgene Pflanze,
umfassend den Schritt der Kultur von Pflanzenzellen, die mit einem rekombinanten
Ausdrucksvektor transformiert wird, der ein Protox (protoporphyrinogen oxidase)-Gen
enthält, welches der Pflanze eine Resistenz gegen von DPE (Diphenylether) abgeleitete
Herbizide verleiht.
6.- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Pflanzenzellen mit einem
rekombinanten Ausdrucksvektor transformiert werden, der ein Protox (protoporphyrinogen oxidase)-Gen enthält, mithilfe von mit einem rekombinanten
Ausdrucksvektor pBP 14(KCCM-10073) transformierten Agrobakterium tumefaciens
LBA 4404.
