berechnet auf die Arylidmenge, enthalten:.A process for producing water-insoluble monoazo dyes addition to Patent 739,976 subject of the main patent 739 976 discloses a process for the preparation of water-insoluble monoazo dyes by coupling diazo - ,, vas.serunlöslicher primary amines with Acetessigaryliden in the presence of large amounts of resins per se or on a Pigment carrier, characterized in that acetoacetic acid acid acid solutions are used, which still contain at least 10 ° 4 of wetting agents, calculated on the amount of arylide :.
Ausbeute: 192 Gewichtsteile.
Beispiel
2 Man verfährt wie in Beispiel i, fügt nach dent Ansäuern mit Essigsäure noch -1;
.Io° B& in 25oo Raumteilen Wasser gelöst. Dann werde== eine Läsung von .I5 Gewichtsteilen
Kolophänium und .I7 Gewichtsteilen Natronlauge 4a`= Be in 750 Raumteilen
It has now been found that this procedure can be applied quite generally to the preparation of water-insoluble azo dyes in which the azide component contains neither carboxyl nor sulfonic acid groups and a hydroxyl group determines the coupling. These new dyes also have the advantage of better transparency over those which are only coupled in the presence of resin. Example i 75 parts by weight of 2-oxynaphthalene are dissolved in a 500 parts by volume of water with 74 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide solution of d.0 ° Be and So parts by weight of anhydrous soda. Then a solution of 4.5 parts by weight of rosin and 47 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide solution .10 ° Be in 750 parts by volume of water and 45 parts by weight of the sodium salts of the acid sulfuric acid esters of oleic and cetylic acid is added. After acidification with 50 ° acetic acid up to a pH value of 6, after cooling to 10 °, a diazo solution composed of 76 parts by weight of i-amino-2-nitro-d.-methylbenzene and 195 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid is added 20 ° Be, 100 parts by volume of water and 34.5 parts by weight of sodium nitrite. The precipitated dye is filtered off with suction after coupling out, washed with water and dried. Yield: 192 parts by weight. Example 2 The procedure is as in Example i, but after acidification with acetic acid, -1; Parts by weight of transparent printing white are added and only then begins with the coupling. EXAMPLE 3 75 parts by weight of α-oxy-phthalene are dissolved in 80 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide solution in 2500 parts by volume of water. Then == a solution of .15 parts by weight of rosin and .17 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide solution 4a` = Be in 750 parts by volume of water and 45 parts by weight of the wetting agent mentioned in example i is added. After acidification with 50% acetic acid up to pH 6, after cooling to 10 °, a diazo solution consisting of 86 parts by weight of i-amino-2-chloro-4-nitrobenzene and 155 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid of 20 ° is added Be, 1200 parts by volume of water and 3d., 5 parts by weight of sodium nitrite was produced.
Ausbeute: 21o Gewichtsteile.
Yield: 210 parts by weight. Example 4 'Proceed as in example
3, after acidification adds 45 parts by weight of transparent printing white and
only then begins with the coupling.
Ausbeute: 2.55 Gewichtsteile.Yield: 2.55 parts by weight.
