hergestellten Druckkörper in beim Schablonendruckverfahren bereits bekannter Weise
durch einen Film, z. B. einen auf phototechnischem Wege hergestellten Lackfilm,
abzudecken, der das gewünschte Druckbild wiedergibt.Printing roller for printing textiles. There have already been facilities
Proposed for printing paper and fabric webs, in which the printing body
formed by rollers made of porous masses. As masses
Fired clay and porcelain have been used to construct such porous pressure rollers.
Due to the high density of their structure, these materials are only suitable for whole
certain printing processes, for example for hectographic reproduction,
but are completely unsuitable for stuff printing because the ones used in stuff printing
Colors cannot pass unchanged through fired clay or porcelain.
The invention aims to pressure devices that use pressure hulls
work from porous masses, especially for printing on textiles
to make usable, and is based on the knowledge that the porous glass is a material
represents, which is used to manufacture hollow, the printing ink inside out
dispensing cylindrical pressure rollers and their fineness or pore density
in the production without difficulty the respective conditions in the printing work
can be customized. It is best to make the printing surface of the new porous glass
produced pressure body in a manner already known in the stencil printing process
through a movie, e.g. B. a lacquer film produced by phototechnical means,
cover that reproduces the desired print image.
In the drawing, the pressure roller according to the invention is shown in an example

Ebene angeordnet.

verfahren bekannter Weise hergestellt wer-
den, beispielsweise auch durch Auftrag-n
einer Chroin-Eiweiß-Lösung auf den Walzen-
umfang mit nachlieriger Belichtung der nicht
druckender, Stellen.
Farbbehälter 16 in Verbindung. Durch die
erhöhte Anordnung des Farbbehälters 16 er-
hält die Farbflüssigkeit im Rohr 14 einen

das Rohr 1..1. mit felnefi F arbaustrittsoffnun-
gen versehen, durch welche die Farbe zweck-
in; 13i- so gegen die Innenfläche der Druck-
walze gespritzt wird, daß sie während des
Umlaufens der Druckwalze bis zur Druck-
stelle gerade an die äußere Umfläche der
Druck-,valze gelangt (vgl.
vorgerufenen Fliehkraft. In die Zuleitungen
i 5 zwischen- den Farbbehältern und de@i
Druckwalzen sind Absperrorgane 17 einge-
baut, die gegebenenfalls durch einen einzigen
Betätigungshebel i8 bedienbar sind.
Der Vorgang les Druckens atii cl1r beschrie-

porössn Druckwalzen werden mit deii für die
verschiedenen Farben bestimmten Druckbil-
dern versehen, indem auf ihnen die- eritslir:_-

stellung der Gegendruckwalzen 6, welche die
Anpressung der Stoffbahn an die Druckwalze:,
regelt, kann auf hydraulischem, pneunia-
tischein oder mechanischem Wege erfolge.),
und zwar durch eine beineinsame Steuerung,
da die Druckwalzen alle stets den gleichen
Durchmesser haben und daher eine getreinne
Einstellung überflüssig wird.
