Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen aus Blech, hergestellten Wagenkastenrahmen für Kraftfahrzeuge.The invention relates to a body frame made of sheet metal for Motor vehicles.
Es ist bekannt, derartige Rahmen mit kastenförmigen seitlichen Längsträgern zu
versehen, die durch den Wagenboden geschlossen werden. Die gleichzeitig vorhandenen
kastenförmigen Querträger der. bekannten Rahmen müssen gesondert hergestellt und mit
<o dem Wagenboden und den Längsträgern durch besondere Schweißnähte verbunden
werden. Auch erstrecken sich die Querträger bei den bekannten Rahmen dieser Art nur bis
an die Innenseite der Längsträger heran.
Es ist auch bekannt, aus dem Wagenkastenboden eines Kraftfahrzeuges hohle Querträger
zwecks Versteifung des Bodens herauszuwölben. Demgegenüber wird die Erfindung in der
besonderen Anwendung solcher Querträger bei ao den durch den Wagenboden geschlossenen

Dadurch, daß die Zusatzprofile ei mit ihren inneren Flanschen den Querträger c umfassen, wird eine sehr einfache Verbindung zwischen den Längs- und Querträgern des Rahmens ermöglicht und gleichzeitig die Festigkeit des Rahmens außerordentlich erhöht.The sheet metal floor α of the car body is folded up on both sides.
