Claims (5)
1. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung mit einem im Abgassystem eines Dieselmotors anzubringenden Filterkörper (2)
zum Sammeln von im Abgas enthaltenen Teilchen, bei welcher der Filterkörper (2) aus einem Faserlaminatmaterial
(10) besteht, das durch Laminieren eines Fasermaterials (4,11,14) erzeugt wird, welches aus einem
Kernmaterial (7,12,15) in Form einer Faser und einer Deckschicht (6,13,16) aus einem vom Kernmaterial unterschiedlichen
Material besteht, das rings um den Außenumfang des Kernmaterials durch Aufschichten ausgebildet
ist.
2. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei
welcher das Fasermaterial (4) ein anorganisches Fasermaterial ist, das Kernmaterial (7) eine Glas oder Aluminiumoxid
enthaltende Keramikfaser ist und die Deckschicht (6) aus einer Siliziumkarbidkeramik besteht.
3. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei
welcher die Deckschicht (6) aus Si-C-O, Si-Ti-C-O, Si-N-C-O oder Si-C besteht.
4. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei

welcher die Deckschicht (6) von Polytitankarbosilan,
Polysilazan oder Polykarbosilan abgeleitet ist.
Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei
bei welcher der Filterkörper (2) einen unregelmäßigen Laminatanteil (9), in welchem das anorganische Fasermaterial
unregelmäßig geschichtet ist, und gewobene Garnanteile (8) aufweit, in welchen Webgarne lokal auf den
Oberflächen des unregelmäßigen Laminatanteils (9) und kreuzweise in Richtung der Dicke desselben gewoben sind.
6. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei
welcher das Kernmaterial (7) des anorganischen Fasermaterials Aluminiumoxid und Zirkoniumdioxid enthält.
7. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei welcher das Kernmaterial (7) des anorganischen Fasermaterials
Aluminiumoxid und Siliziumdioxid enthält.
8. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei
welcher das Kernmaterial (7) des anorganischen Fasermaterials Aluminiumoxid und Siliziumdioxid enthaltendes
Kordierit oder Mullit aufweist.
9. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei
welcher das Kernmaterial (7) des anorganischen Fasermaterials wenigstens 98 Gew.-% Siliziumdioxid enthält.
10. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Kernmaterial (12) in Form einer das Fasermaterial
(11) bildenden Faser ein anorganisches Fasermaterial aus einer Keramik ist und die Deckschicht (13) aus
einem flexiblen Material besteht.
11. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei
welcher das anorganische Fasermaterial als das Kernmaterial (12) aus einer Si-C-O-, Si-Ti-CtO- oder Si-C-Siliziumkarbidkeramk
besteht.
12. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher das anorganische Fasermaterial als das Kernmaterial
(12) Aluminiumoxid oder Zirkoniumdioxid enthält.
13. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher die Deckschicht (13) aus einem Material besteht,
das zur Veraschung durch eine Reaktion desselben mit Sauerstoff bei einer Temperatur von höchstens 600°C
geeignet ist.
14. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher die Deckschicht (13) aus einem Material besteht,
welches zur Veraschung durch eine Reaktion desselben mit Sauerstoff zur Umwandlung desselben in CO2 und
H2O geeignet ist.
15. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher die Deckschicht (13) aus einem thermoplastischen
Harz besteht, welches aus Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylbutyral, Akrylharzen, Polyamidharzen, Fluorharzen,
Polyethylenterephthalat, Polyethylen und Polypropylen ausgewählt ist.
16. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Fasermaterial (14) aus einem hitzebeständigen
Legierungsfasermaterial (15) besteht, das aus einer

hitzebeständigen Legierung hergestellt ist, welche aus Ti-Al-Legierungen und wenigstens einer von Mo, Cr und Ni
enthaltenden Fe-Legierungen und Fe-Cr-Al-Y-Legierungen
ausgewählt ist, und bei welcher die Deckschicht (16) aus einer Keramik besteht. [
17. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei welcher die Keramik der Deckschicht (16) eine Si-C-,
Si-Ti-C-O- oder Si-C-O-Siliziumkarbidkeramik, Aluminumoxid
oder Zirkoniumdioxid ist.
18. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei
welcher die Dicke der Deckschicht (16) so bemessen ist, daß sie höchstens 20% des Faserdurchmessers des das
metallische Kernmaterial (15) bildenden hitzebeständigen Legierungsfasermaterials beträgt.
19. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, mit
einer Reaktionsproduktschicht zwischen der hitzebeständigen Legierung des hitzebeständigen Legierungsfasermaterials
(15) und der Keramik der Deckschicht (16).
20. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei
welcher die hitzebeständige Legierung des hitzebeständigen Legierungsfasermaterials (15) und die Keramik der
Deckschicht (16) so ausgewählt sind, daß der Unterschied zwischen denselben bezüglich des linearen Wärmedehnungskoeffizienten
höchstens das 1,5-fache beträgt.
21. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei welcher ein Zwischenmaterial, das die Funktion hat,
einen Gradienten des linearen Wärmedehnungskoeffizienten zu erzeugen, zwischen dem hitzebeständigen Legierungs-

fasermaterial (15) und der Deckschicht (16) angeordnet ist, um die Differenz des linearen Wärmedehnungskoeffizienten
in der dazwischen liegenden Grenzschicht auf das höchstens 1,5-fache einzuregeln, wenn die Differenz des
linearen Wärmedehnungskoeffizienten zwischen der hitzebeständigen Legierung des hitzebeständigen Legierungsfasermaterials
(15) und der Keramik der Deckschicht (16) das 1,5-fache übersteigt.
