Description
Contact line arrangement for trackless railways The invention relates to a contact line for trackless railways with single-pole pantographs. The known Single pole pantographs have trackless railways on both sides of the contact head Contact pieces isolated from one another, the sliding surfaces of which are at the different poles Slide along contact wires. The contact pieces are each with at both ends Provide boundary edges between which the lateral movements of the contact wires the catenary play. The two contact wires are usually at the bases fixed or coupled to one another in a vibratory system, namely as follows: that their distance in the state of rest is everywhere approximately equal to that of the inner boundary edges the contact pieces of the pantograph.
However, this contact line arrangement has various disadvantages. Emotional the vehicle is on the straight line, it is seldom possible always drive exactly vertically under the catenary. The lanes used rather, depending on the width of the street, are more or less to the side of the under the Overhead contact line. The one sliding on the right contact piece Contact wire is pulled out to the side and therefore almost exclusively on the inner one Boundary edge of his contact piece out, while the one on the left contact strip sliding contact wire from the inner to the outer boundary edge over its The grinding surface moves (Fig. I). This phenomenon is particularly unpleasant on the right contact piece, because of the grinding of the contact wire on one and the same Place this contact piece grooving occurs, which leads to premature wear of the contact strip leads. In addition, it can happen that both contact wires run almost exclusively on the inner boundary edges, namely the catenary high tensile stress in cold weather has and the, in Seen in the direction of travel, right contact wire no longer or only slightly pulled out to the side can be. This means that the distance between the contact wires remains practically the same, and the premature grooving occurs on both contact pieces.
Will the two contact wires, as usual, also in the curve laid at the same distance from each other as in the straight stretch, it turns out that that as a result of the sudden change in direction of the pantograph at the When driving through the bend, the vehicle skids, the more so, the greater the speed with which the curve is driven. The consequence of this can derailment of the pantograph be.
The subject of the invention is now a contact line arrangement for trackless Railways with single-rod trumpet, where the contact wires are laid in a zigzag are and the disadvantages outlined are avoided in a simple manner, that the contact line is laid in such a way that the distances between the two poles are different Contact wires are unequal at different points on the roadway. The unequal distance the contact wires can be achieved by zigzagging in opposite directions. This can be done with the straight or approximately straight line z. B. done in such a way that the contact wire distance at the support points approximately equal to the distance between the outer and the center of the field selected approximately equal to the distance of the inner boundary edges of the contact pieces will. This installation results in the uniform wear and tear known from ironing operations of the contact strips, regardless of whether the vehicle is under or to the side the catenary is located.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in FIG and 3 shown schematically in plan view. Fig. 2 shows the guidance of the contact wires in the straight line, while from Fig. 3 the contact wire guide in a curve can be seen is.
In Fig. 2, the two contact wires a, b are suspended in a known manner on transverse tensioning wires c with the interposition of insulated spacers between the transverse bracing. The contact wire routing is made so that the distance between the two contact wires is greatest at the support points and smallest in the middle between the support points, ie the contact wires a, b are in opposite zigzag guidance. Of course, the arrangement can also be made the other way round, or the zigzag of both contact wires can be laid in the same direction with different distances between the contact wires, without thereby changing anything in the basic idea of the invention. It is also irrelevant whether the zigzag changes several times within a span or whether a change extends over several spans.
In order to prevent the single pole pantograph from skidding on bends avoid, according to the further invention, the contact wire spacing within the curve section so narrowed that the contact wires at the inner boundary edges of the contact pieces the pantographs are guided. This makes a quieter, more impact-free one Run of the pantograph head achieved through the curve. Since the curve routes in general wear and tear can only represent a relatively small part of the total route of the contact strips, which can be expected from the precise guidance of the head, is neglected will.
From Figure 3 it can be seen that the distance between the two contact wires a, b is reduced in front of the curve section and is thus guided through the curve. At the end of the curve, this distance expands again to the usual amount. The suspension of the contact wires in the curve takes place on transverse tensioning wires c, which are attached either between fixed support points (masts, wall rosettes) or between longitudinal tensioning wires e.
In one and the same catenary system, straight line sections can be used with the zigzag laying of the contact wires and curved sections with narrowing of the contact wire track can be combined with each other. The re-tensioning of the contact wires can be done automatically take place; the suspension of the contact wires can also be carried out on one or more longitudinal suspension ropes take place, the combination of these two arrangements is also conceivable.
