Description

Etikettiermaschine für auf einem Drehtisch stehende, mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit bewegte Flaschen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zum Etikettieren von stehend bewegten Werkstücken, z. B. Flaschen o. dgl., bei denen die beleimten Etiketten in die Bahn der Flaschen gebracht werden. Wenn Flaschen, besonders Bierflaschen, mit dem bekannten Bierflaschenverschluß etikettiert werden sollen, müssen sie vorher in eine bestimmte Lage ausgerichtet werden. Es ist dann aber nicht mehr möglich, die Flaschen, wie sonst üblich, beim Etikettieren zwischen Leimleisten hindurchzubewegen, weil die Flaschen während des Etikettierens von außen her in der ausgerichteten Lage gehalten werden müssen, damit sie ihre Lage nicht wieder verändern. Die Leimleisten müssen daher nach der Ab- gabe des Etiketts an die- Flaschen sofort wieder den Weg der Flasche freigeben, damit das in der Mitte an die Flasche angedrückte Etikett -von den Leimleisten abgezoppt und mit Hilfe von Anstreichern glatt und fest an die Flasche angestrichen werden kann: Das Abzoppen der Enden des Etiketts von den beleimten Leimleisten geht besonders dadurch günstig vor sich, daß bei Verwendung des bekannten Zusammenspieles von Leimleisten und Andrückern, bei dem die Leimleisten die Etiketten vom Etikettenstapel abnehmen und durch eine Schwenkbewegung von vorn in die Bahn der Flaschen stellen und darauf die mit den Flaschen mitwandernden, schwenkbaren Andrücker die Etiketten in ihrer Mitte an die Flaschen, andrücken, die Leimleisten, nachdem sie zur Abgabe des Etiketts an die Flaschen an der Vorderseite der Flasche deren Bewegung und Geschwindigkeit mitgemacht haben, zur Freigabe des Etiketts ihre Geschwindigkeit erhöhen, um nach vorn den Flaschen vorzueilen, ehe sie außerhalb der Flaschenbahn in die Ausgangsstellung zurückkehren.
