Description
Kohlenstaubfeuerung Die Erfindung betrifft eitle Kohlenstaubfeuerung mit Zuführung v oii Luft .durch Kanäle im Mauerwerk der Brennkammer und mit zwei hintereinandergeschalteten Gebläsen. Bei derartigen Anlagen tritt die Erscheinung auf, daß je nach den Druckverhältnissen ein Gasaustausch zwischen Brennkammer und Luftkanal stattfindet. Gewöhnlich herrscht im Luftkanal Überdruck. Dann tritt durch Undichtigkeiten im Mauerwerk Luft in die Brennkammer und stört die Flammenausbildung. Hat der Kanal Unterdruck, so saugt er durch die Fugen des Mauerwerkes Feuergase an und versetzt sich daher sehr bald mit Flugasche. Erfindungsgemäß werden diese Mängel dadurch behoben, daß der gefährdete Kanalteil an seinen Enden mit Regelklappen versehen wird, welche gestatten, bei jederBelastung den mittleren Druck im Kanalquerschnitt dem Druck in der Brennkammer anzugleichen.Powdered Coal Firing The invention relates to pulverized coal firing with supply of air. through ducts in the masonry of the combustion chamber and with two cascaded fans.
