Description
Selbstreinigendes Schwingsieb Zwecks selbsttätiger Reinigung von Schwingsiebbelägen während des Betriebs ist vorgeschlagen worden, zwei Siebbeläge übereinander anzuordnen, die infolge der Schwingung des Siebrahmens zu gewissen Schwingungsausschlägen relativ zu den Schwingungen des Siebrahmens veranlaßt werden. Es ist vorgeschlagen worden, hierbei Siebgewebe von verschiedenen Eigenschwingungszahlen zu benutzen, die entweder durch den gespannten oder ungespannten Zustand des Siebbelags und bzw. oder durch die verschiedenen Drahtstärken der beiden Siebe hervorgerufen wurden. Zu diesem Zweck konnten die beiden Siebbeläge durch eine an sich bekannte Spannvorrichtung gemeinsam gespannt werden. Es ist hierbei aber unmöglich, die resultierenden Eigenbewegungen des ganzen Siebbodens und die gewünschte Relativbewegung der beiden Beläge zueinander nach Belieben, und zwar entsprechend den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen, etwa, der Beschaffenheit und Feuchtigkeit des Materials usw., einzustellen.-Nach dem Erfindungsgedanken sollen diese Nachteile dadurch vermieden werden, daß jeder der übereinanderliegenden Siebbeläge mittels einer besonderen an sich bekannten Spannvorrichtung unabhängig von der Spannung des anderen Siebbelags gespannt werden kann. Man hat durch diese Anordnung die resultierende Bewegung des ganzen Sieb-Bodens vollkommen in der Hand. Man kann beispielsweise durch entsprechende Spannung eines jeden ,Siebbelags die Ausschläge desselben in genauester Weise regeln und gleichzeitig ein beliebiges Verhältnis der Eigenschwingungszahlen der Siebböden zueinander einhalten. Beispielsweise kann das Tragsieb sehr straff gespannt, die Spannung des Nutzsiebes dagegen vermindert werden und umgekehrt, so daß beide Gewebe während der Arbeitsschwingung sich gegenseitig berühren.
