Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein reduktives Färbesystem, bestehend aus Oximverbindungen und Carbonylverbindungen und Ascorbinsäure als Reduktionsmittel, und Färbemittel, die diese Verbindungen umfassen, für Keratinfasern, wie zum Beispiel menschliches Haar, Wolle oder Pelze.
- Im Allgemeinen werden zum Färben keratinhaltiger Fasern zwei Verfahren eingesetzt. Eine Möglichkeit besteht in der Verwendung von Direktfarbstoffen. Diese werden in geeignete Trägermassen eingebracht, um dann auf die Fasern aufgetragen zu werden. Dieses Verfahren, das im Allgemeinen als Tönung bekannt ist, ist leicht anzuwenden, außergewöhnlich mild und durch geringe Schädigung der Keratinfasern charakterisiert, da kein Ammoniak oder Peroxid zugegeben wird. Jedoch sind die Haltbarkeit und die Waschbeständigkeit dieser Färbemethode im Allgemeinen nicht zufrieden stellend, aus welchem Grund eine Direktmethode auch als halbdauerhafte Haarfarbe bezeichnet wird.
- Eine lang anhaltende Färbung, die auch als dauerhafte Haarfarbe bezeichnet wird, kann mit Oxidationsfarbstoffen erzeugt werden, die durch oxidative Kopplung eines oder mehrerer Entwicklerbestandteile mit einem oder mehreren Kopplungsmittelbestandteilen gebildet werden. Falls erforderlich, können dem oxidativen System auch oxidationsstabile Direktfarbstoffe zugesetzt werden, um spezielle Farbeffekte zu erreichen. Bei der Verwendung von Oxidationsmitteln wird jedoch eine Schädigung der Haarstruktur beobachtet. Außerdem haben einige der verwendeten Oxidationshaarfarbevorläufer (insbesondere aromatische Amine) ein beträchtliches Sensibilisierungspotenzial, infolge dessen bei Menschen mit einer entsprechenden Veranlagung Hautreizungen auftreten können.
- Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist deshalb die Bereitstellung eines Systems zur dauerhaften Haarfärbung, bestehend aus Oximverbindungen und Carbonylverbindungen, mit dem die erzielten Färbungen einerseits schonend auf die Fasern aufgetragen werden können und das vom toxikologischen und dermatologischen Standpunkt her akzeptabel ist und das andererseits auch ein intensives und brillantes Farbergebnis zulässt. Außerdem muss die resultierende Haarfarbe gute Lichtbeständigkeit und Beständigkeit gegen Haarwäsche (Haltbarkeit der Färbung) und eine gute Abriebbeständigkeit aufweisen.
- Überraschend wurde nun herausgefunden, dass modische und leuchtende Farbtöne auf keratinhaltigen Fasern erzeugt werden können, wenn ein reduktives Färbemittel, das bestimmte Oximverbindungen, reaktive Carbonylverbindungen und Ascorbinsäure (Vitamin C) umfasst, auf die Fasern aufgetragen wird. Die Oximverbindungen werden zu den entsprechenden Aminen reduziert, die wiederum geradewegs mit den reaktiven Carbonylverbindungen in dem Haar reagieren, um farbige Substanzen zu erzeugen. Die resultierenden Färbungen sind extrem waschbeständig und haltbar. Obwohl natürlich kein Wasserstoffperoxid (Oxidationsmittel!) während des Reduktionsprozesses verwendet werden kann, ist eine Aufhellung des natürlichen Farbtons, falls diese gewünscht wird, im Laufe einer Vorbehandlung möglich, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
- Die Verwendung reaktiver Carbonylverbindungen in oxidativen Farbstoffen für Haar ist in
EP-A-873744 WO-A-00/33799 WO-A-2004/022016 offenbart. Die Verwendung von Ascorbinsäure als Reduktionsmittel in oxidativen Farbstoffen für Haar ist inUS-A-3337 411 offenbart.WO-A-01/13882 - Die erfindungsgemäßen Oximverbindungen können durch Nitrosierung von CHsauren Verbindungen erzeugt werden. CH-saure Verbindungen werden im Allgemeinen als jene Verbindungen angesehen, die ein Wasserstoffatom tragen, das an ein aliphatisches Kohlenstoffatom gebunden ist, wo aufgrund der elektronenabziehenden Substituenten eine Aktivierung der entsprechenden Kohlenstoff-Was serstoff-Bindung bewirkt wird. Reaktive erfindungsgemäße Carbonylverbindungen haben mindestens eine Carbonylgruppe als reaktive Gruppe.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt deshalb ein Mittel zur Färbung von keratinhaltigen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichem Haar, bereit, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es a) Ascorbinsäure (Vitamin C) als Reduktionsmittel, b) mindestens eine Oximverbindung der Formel A1-A23 als „Entwicklersubstanz" und c) mindestens eine reaktive Carbonylverbindung der Formel B1-B17 als „Kopplungsmittelsubstanz" umfasst.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Oximverbindungen A1-A23 sind folgendermaßen definiert:
- Verbindungen mit der Formel A1: worin R1 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus oder eine Gruppe -C-(O)-R3 ist, worin R3 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist; und
R2 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Aminoarylgruppe oder ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus ist. - Verbindungen mit der Formel A2: worin R4 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe, ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus oder eine Gruppe -C-(O)-R6 ist, worin R6 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist; und
R5 eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C2-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Aminoarylgruppe, ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus ist. - Verbindungen mit den Formeln A3/A4: worin R7 und R8 gleich oder verschieden sein können und unabhängig voneinander eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe, eine Aryl-C1-C4-alkylgruppe, ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Acetyloxygruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Aminoarylgruppe sind, worin R7 gleichermaßen eine C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe sein kann und
R9 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Al-kylgruppe ist. - Verbindungen mit der Formel A5: worin R10 und R11 gleich oder verschieden sein können und unabhängig voneinander eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe, eine Aryl-C1-C4-alkylgruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine C2-C6-Alkylengruppe oder ein Bicyclus sind, der über die Reste R10 und R11 gebunden ist; und X ein Sauerstoffatom oder ein Schwefelatom ist.
- Verbindungen mit der Formel A6: worin D ein Sauerstoffatom, ein Schwefelatom, eine Sulfoxylgruppe, eine Sulfonylgruppe oder eine Gruppe N-R12a ist, worin R12a ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist;
und R12 und R13 unabhängig voneinander ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Floratom, ein Chloratom, ein Bromatom, eine Hydroxylgruppe, eine Nitrogruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe, eine Carboxamidgruppe, eine Sulfonamidgruppe, eine Carboxylgruppe, eine C1-C4-Acylgruppe, eine Cyanogruppe oder eine Aminogruppe -NR14R15 sind, worin R14 und R15 unabhängig voneinander ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe sind. - Verbindungen mit den Formeln A7/A8: worin E ein Sauerstoffatom, ein Schwefelatom oder eine Gruppe NR17 ist, worin R17 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist und

- Verbindungen mit der Formel A15: worin R32 und R33 gleich oder verschieden sein können und unabhängig voneinander ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Fluoratom, ein Chloratom, ein Bromatom, eine Hydroxylgruppe, eine Nitrogruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe, eine Carboxamidgruppe, eine Sulfonamidgruppe, eine Carbo xylgruppe, eine C1-C4-Acylgruppe, eine Cyanogruppe oder eine Aminogruppe -NR35R36 sind, worin R35 und R36 unabhängig voneinander ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe sind und

- Verbindungen mit den Formeln A22, A23: worin R43 eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist und R44 eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder eine Aryl-C1-C4-alkylgruppe, ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine Acetyloxygruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine C1-C6-Alkoxygruppe oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Aminoarylgruppe ist.
- Die verwendeten Gegenionen X– sind vorzugsweise Sulfatanionen, Methylsulfatanionen, Phosphatanionen, Hydrogenphosphatanionen, Oxalatanionen, Formiatanionen, Acetatanionen, Citratanionen, Tartratanionen, Malonatanionen, Pyruvatanionen oder Halogenanionen, wobei dem Chloridanion, Bromidanion und Methylsulfatanion besonderer Vorzug gegeben wird.

- Die erfindungsgemäßen Oximverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 können durch Nitrosierung der CH-sauren Ausgangsverbindungen hergestellt werden. Diese sind entweder im Handel erhältlich oder durch Standardvorgänge aus Bestandteilen zugänglich, die im Handel erhältlich sind oder leicht hergestellt werden können. So kann die entsprechende Oximverbindung zum Bei spiel aus 1,3-Indandion mit Natriumnitrit in Chlorwasserstofflösung hergestellt werden (Schema 1). Schema 1:
- Substituierte 1,3-Indandione können zum Beispiel gemäß Informationen in der Literatur (G. Sartori et al., J. Chem. Soc. Perkin. Trans. 1, 1992, 2985–2988) durch Friedel-Crafts-Cycloacylierung (Kreuzkondensation) aus aromatischen Carbonylchloriden, wasserfreiem Aluminiumchlorid und Malonyldichlorid hergestellt werden (Schema 2). - Die daraus resultierenden Oximverbindungen können durch Nitrosierung der substituierten Indandionderivate mit Neopentylnitrit in Lösungsmitteln wie zum Beispiel Acetonitril hergestellt werden.
- Aromatische und heteroaromatische Aldehyde, Bisaldehyde und Ketone (reaktive Carbonylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln B1–B17) sind in großer Anzahl im Handel erhältlich oder mit Standardreaktionen herstellbar.
- Carbaldehyde sind gleichermaßen durch Standardvorgänge aus den entsprechenden CH-sauren Verbindungen erhältlich.

- Eine Vielzahl von Carbaldehyden kann analog zu dieser Reaktion aus verschiedenen CH-sauren Verbindungen hergestellt werden.
- Während des Färbevorgangs werden die erfindungsgemäßen Oximverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 reduziert, um die entsprechenden Amine zu ergeben, die im Haar sehr schnell mit den erfindungsgemäßen Carbonylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel B1–B17 reagieren, um die entsprechenden farbigen Verbindungen zu ergeben (Azomethine oder Schiffsche Basen) (Schema 4). - Die erfindungsgemäßen Oximverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 und die erfindungsgemäßen Carbonylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel B1–B17 sind in den erfindungsgemäßen Färbemitteln vorzugsweise in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,01 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent, insbesondere 0,1 bis 8 Gewichtsprozent vorhanden.
- Zur Erzeugung spezieller Farbnuancen, neben den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Bestandteilen, ist es möglich, zu den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln zusätzlich auch ein oder mehrere gebräuchliche Direktfarbstoffe aus der Gruppe von sauren und basischen Farbstoffen, Nitrofarbstoffen, Azofarbstoffen, Anthrachinon-Farbstoffen und Triphenylmethan-Farbstoffen zuzugeben, wie zum Beispiel 1,4-Bis[(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-nitrobenzol, 1-(2-Hydroxyethyl)amino-2-nitro-4-[di(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]benzol, (HC-Blau Nr. 2), 1-Amino-3-methyl-4-[(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-6-nitrobenzol, (HC Violett Nr. 1), 4-[Ethyl-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-1-[(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-nitrobenzolhydrochlorid (HC-Blau Nr. 12), 1-[(2,3-Dihydroxypropyl)amino]-4-[methyl-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-nitrobenzol (HC-Blau Nr. 10), 1-[(2,3-Dihydroxypropyl)amino]-4-[ethyl-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-nitrobenzolhydrochlorid (HC-Blau Nr. 9), 1-(3-Hydroxypropylamino)-4-[di(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino]-2-nitrobenzol, (HC-Violett Nr. 2); - Zusätzlich können die erfindungsgemäßen Farbemittel auch natürlich vorkommende Farbstoffe umfassen, wie zum Beispiel Henna rot, Henna neutral, Henna schwarz, Kamille, Sandelholz, schwarzen Tee, Kreuzdornrinde, Salbei, Blauholz, Krappwurzel, Katechu, Sedre und Alkannawurzel.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Färbemittel erzeugen intensive Färbungen sogar bei physiologisch verträglichen Temperaturen von weniger als 45°C. Sie sind deshalb zum Färben von menschlichem Haar besonders geeignet. Zum Gebrauch auf menschlichem Haar werden die Färbemittel in der Regel in einen wasserhaltigen kosmetischen Träger eingearbeitet. Geeignete kosmetische Träger sind zum Beispiel Cremes, Emulsionen, Gele oder ansonsten tensidhaltige schäumende Lösungen, wie zum Beispiel Shampoos oder andere Zubereitungen, die zum Auftragen auf keratinhaltige Fasern geeignet sind. Falls erforderlich, ist es auch möglich, die Färbemittel in wasserfreie Träger, Pulver, Pellets oder Granalien einzuarbeiten.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Färbemittel kann ferner alle Zusatzstoffe umfassen, die für solche Zubereitungen gebräuchlich und bekannt sind, zum Beispiel Parfumöle, Komplexierungsmittel, Wachse, Konservierungsstoffe, Verdickungsmittel, Antioxidationsmittel, Alginate, Guargummi, Haarpflegesubstanzen, wie zum Beispiel kationische Polymere oder Lanolinderivate, oder anionische, nichtionische, zwitterionische, amphotere oder kationische oberflächenaktive Substanzen (Tenside). Vorzugsweise werden amphotere oder nichtionische oberflächenaktive Substanzen verwendet, zum Beispiel Betaintenside, Propionate und Glycinate, wie zum Beispiel Kokosamphoglycinate oder Kokosamphodiglycinate, ethoxylierte Tenside mit 1 bis 1000 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten, vorzugsweise mit 1 bis 300 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten, wie zum Beispiel Glyceridalkoxylate, zum Beispiel Rizinusöl, das mit 25 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten ethoxyliert ist, Polyglycolamide, ethoxylierte Alkohole und ethoxy lierte Fettalkohole (Fettalkoholalkoxylate) und ethoxylierte Fettsäurezuckerester, insbesondere ethoxylierte Sorbitanfettsäureester. Die vorstehend genannten Bestandteile werden in für solche Zwecke üblichen Mengen verwendet, zum Beispiel die oberflächenaktiven Substanzen in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent und die Pflegesubstanzen in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Färbemittel kann, besonders wenn es ein Haarfärbemittel ist, in der Form von einem Pulver oder von Granalien, das/die vor dem Auftragen in einer wässrigen oder wässrig-alkoholischen Zubereitung aufgelöst wird/werden, oder in der Form einer wässrigen oder wässrig-alkoholischen Lösung, einer Creme, eines Gels, einer Emulsion oder eines Aerosolschaums vorliegen, wobei das Haarfärbemittel entweder in der Form einer Zubereitung aus einer einzigen Komponente oder auch in der Form einer Zubereitung aus mehreren Komponenten formuliert werden kann, zum Beispiel in der Form einer Zubereitung aus zwei Komponenten, in welchem Fall die speziellen Oximderivate der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 und die entsprechenden Carbonylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln B1–B17 separat von den anderen Bestandteilen (z.B. der Ascorbinsäure) verpackt werden und das gebrauchsfertige Haarfärbemittel erst unmittelbar vor dem Auftragen durch Mischen der zwei Komponenten zubereitet wird.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Färbemittel hat im Allgemeinen einen pH von 2 bis 6, vorzugsweise 3 bis 5. Sowohl organische als auch anorganische Säuren sind zum Einstellen des pH erfindungsgemäß geeignet. Beispiele geeigneter Säuren sind die folgenden Säuren: α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, wie zum Beispiel Glycolsäure, Milchsäure, Weinsäure, Citronensäure oder Äpfelsäure, Gluconolacton, Essigsäure, Salzsäure oder Phosphorsäure, und Mischungen dieser Säuren. Besonderer Vorzug wird hier der Verwendung der Ascorbinsäure gegeben, die als Reduktionsmittel verwendet wird.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Färbemittel wird im Allgemeinen durch Auftragen einer Menge des Haarfärbemittels, die zur Haarfärbung angemessen ist, 30 bis 120 Gramm je nach der Haarlänge, auf das Haar, Einwirkenlassen des Haarfärbe mittels bei 15 bis 45 Grad Celsius für 1 bis 60 Minuten, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Minuten, dann gründliches Ausspülen des Haars mit Wasser, wahlweise Waschen mit einem Shampoo und/oder Nachbehandlung mit einer Haarkonditionierungszusammensetzung und abschließendes Trocknen angewendet.
- Das vorstehend beschriebene Färbemittel kann auch natürliche oder synthetische Polymere oder modifizierte Polymere natürlicher Herkunft, die für Kosmetikzusammensetzungen gebräuchlich sind, umfassen, durch welche beim Färben gleichzeitig Halt für das Haar erreicht wird. Solche Zusammensetzungen werden im Allgemeinen als Tönungs-/Stylingzusammensetzungen oder Färbe-/Stylingzusammensetzungen bezeichnet.
- Von den für diesen Zweck in Kosmetika bekannten synthetischen Polymeren können zum Beispiel Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyvinylacetat, Polyvinylalkohol oder Polyacrylverbindungen, wie Polyacrylsäure oder Polymethacrylsäure, basische Polymere von Estern von Polyacrylsäure, Polymethacrylsäure und Aminoalkohole, zum Beispiel deren Salze oder Quaternisierungsprodukte, Polyacrylnitril, Polyvinylacetate und Copolymere solcher Verbindungen, wie zum Beispiel Polyvinylpyrrolidon-Vinylacetat genannt werden; während natürliche Polymere oder modifizierte natürliche Polymere, die verwendet werden können, zum Beispiel Chitosan (deacetyliertes Chitin) oder Chitosanderivate sind. Die vorstehend genannten Polymere können in dem erfindungsgemäßen Färbemittel in für solche Zusammensetzungen üblichen Mengen, insbesondere in einer Menge von ungefähr 1 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent, vorhanden sein.
- Das Haarfärbemittel mit zusätzlichem Halt wird auf bekannte und übliche Weise durch Benetzen des Haars mit der Stylingzusammensetzung, Fixieren (Ordnen) des Haars in der Frisur und anschließendes Trocknen verwendet.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Färbemittel erlaubt eine gleichmäßige, intensive und lang anhaltende Färbung von Keratinfasern (zum Beispiel menschlichem Haar, Wolle oder Pelzen) ohne nennenswerte Verfärbung der Haut und/oder Kopfhaut.
- Die nachstehenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der Erfindung ausführlicher veranschaulichen, ohne diese darauf zu beschränken.
- Beispiele
- Beispiel 1: Synthese von 2-[(2E)-2-(Hydroxyimino)-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yliden]malonnitril (b)
- 0,20 g (1,03 mmol) 2-(3-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yliden)-malonnitril (a) werden in 10 ml Tetrahydrofuran (THF) aufgelöst. Dies ergibt eine klare grüne Lösung, die auf 0°C abgekühlt wird. 0,35 ml (4,12 mmol) 37%-ige Salzsäure werden dann zugegeben. Es wird eine Farbänderung von grün nach orange beobachtet. 0,14 ml (1,03 mmol) Isopentylnitrit werden nun tropfenweise zu der abgekühlten Lösung gegeben, die für weitere 30 Minuten bei 0°C gerührt wird, bis sich eine klare gelbe Lösung gebildet hat. Diese wird über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur stehen gelassen, und der resultierende Niederschlag wird durch Absaugen entfernt. Das Produkt (b) wird als weißes Pulver in einer Ausbeute von 44% isoliert.

5 mmol Oximverbindung der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 5 mmol Carbonylverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel B1–B17 5,0 g Ethanol 4,0 g Decylpolyglucose 0,2 g Ethylendiamintetraessigsäure-Dinatriumsalzhydrat und 100,0 g Wasser, entmineralisiert - Die Haarfärbung wird durch Auftragen einer zur Haarfärbung angemessenen Menge des Färbemittels und des Reduktionsmittels Ascorbinsäure (vorzugsweise 1–4 g/10 ml Färbelösung) auf das Haar durchgeführt.
- Nach einer Kontaktzeit von 30 Minuten bei 40°C wird das Haar mit lauwarmem Wasser ausgespült und getrocknet.
- Die Färbeergebnisse sind nachstehend in Tabellen 1, 2 und 3 zusammengefasst.

Claims (9)
- Mittel zum Färben keratinhaltiger Fasern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst a) Ascorbinsäure, b) mindestens eine Oximverbindung der Formel A1–A23; worin R1 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus oder eine Gruppe -C-(O)-R3 ist, worin R3 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist; R2 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte C1-C6-Alkylgruppe, eine C3-C6-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Aminoarylgruppe oder ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus ist; R4 eine Cyanogruppe, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe oder ein substituierter oder unsubstituierter, gesättigter oder ungesättigter Heterocyclus oder eine Gruppe -C-(O)-R6 ist, worin R6 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist; - Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reaktionsfähige Carbonylverbindung der allgemeinen Formeln B1–B17 ausgewählt ist aus Benzaldehyd, 4-Methoxybenzaldehyd, 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyd, 3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyd, 2,5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyd, 4-Nitrobenzaldehyd, 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyd, 4-(Dimethylamino)benzaldehyd, (2E)-3-[4-(Dimethylamino)phenyl]-2-propenal, 2,4,6-Trihydroxybenzaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylisonicotinaldehyd, all-trans-Retinal, 3,5-Dioxo-1,2-diphenyl-4-pyrazolidincarbaldehyd, (2E,4E)-5-Phenyl-2,4-pentadienal, Pentandial, 4-(Methylsulfanyl)benzaldehyd, 1-Naphthaldehyd, (2E)-3-(4-Nitrophenyl)-2-propenal, 3-Phenoxybenzaldehyd, Terephthalaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-cyclopenta[a]-naphthalin-2-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-cyclopenta[b]-chinoxalin-2-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-4-methyl-1-oxo- 1,3a,4,8b-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-2-carbaldehyd, 4-Hydroxy-6-oxo-6H-Cyclopenta[b]thiophen-5-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-5-nitro-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 4,6-Dichlor-3-hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 7-Hydroxy-5-oxo-5H-cyclopenta[c]pyridin-6-carbaldehyd, 7-Hydroxy-5-oxo-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-6-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 5-(Dimethylamino)-3-hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-4,5-dirnethoxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 3-Hydroxy-5-methoxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2-carbaldehyd, 3-Methyl-5-(4-morpholinyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-carbaldehyd, 3-Methyl-1-phenyl-5-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-carbaldehyd, 3-Methyl-1-phenyl-5-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-carbaldehyd, 3-Methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)-5-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-carbaldehyd, 3-Methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)-5-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-carbaldehyd, 4-Methoxy-1-naphthaldehyd, 1H-Indol-3-carbaldehyd, Bis[4-(dimethylamino)-phenyl]methanthion, 2,4-Di hydroxybenzaldehyd, 1-Methyl-1H-indol-3-carbaldehyd und 3,4-Dihydroxy-benzaldehyd.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Oximverbindung der allgemeinen Formel A1–A23 und die reaktionsfähige Carbonylverbindung der allgemeinen Formel B1–B17 in jedem Fall in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent umfasst.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich ein oder mehrere gebräuchliche Direktfarbstoffe aus der Gruppe von sauren und basischen Farbstoffen, Nitrofarbstoffen, Azofarbstoffen, Anthrachinonfarbstoffen und Triphenylmethanfarbstoffen umfasst.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Haarfärbemittel ist.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich mindestens ein natürliches oder synthetisches Polymer oder modifiziertes Polymer natürlicher Herkunft, das für Kosmetikzusammensetzungen gebräuchlich ist, umfasst und in der Form einer Tönungsfixierungszusammensetzung oder Farbfixierungszusammensetzung ist.
- Verfahren zum Färben von Haar, wobei ein Farbstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 in einer zu Haarfärbung adäquaten Menge, 30 bis 120 Gramm je nach der Haarlänge, auf das Haar aufgetragen wird, das Haarfärbemittel bei 15 bis 45 Grad Celsius für 1 bis 60 Minuten einwirken gelassen wird und das Haar dann gründlich mit Wasser gespült, wahlweise mit einem Shampoo gewaschen und/oder mit einer Haarkonditionierungszusammensetzung nachbehandelt und schließlich getrocknet wird.
- Verwendung einer Kombination von a) Ascorbinsäure, b) mindestens einer Oximverbindung der Formel A1–A23 nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 und c) mindestens einer reaktionsfähigen Carbonylverbindung der Formel B1–B17 nach Anspruch 1 oder 3 zum Färben von Keratinfasern.
