Claims (14)
1. Keramik mit geringer Reibung, die aus einer Nonoxid-Keramik besteht, welche Silizium als Matrixphase und eine in
dieser Matrixphase dispergierte Eisenverbindung enthält.
2. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Eisenverbindung eine Größe von 5 &mgr;&idiagr;&eegr; oder kleiner besitzt.
3. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Eisenverbindung
in der Keramik in einer Menge von etwa 5 bis 40 Gew.-% als FeO, Fe2O-J und Fe3O4 enthalten ist.
4. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, die ein verbessertes Adsorptionsvermögen
für Öle, einen geringeren Reibungskoeffizienten und eine größere Festigkeit besitzt, welche durch
Dispergieren der Eisenverbindung in der Matrixphase erreicht sind.
5. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Silizium enthaltende Nonoxid-Keramik SiC ist.
6. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Silizium enthaltende Nonoxid-Keramik Si3N4 ist.
7. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Silizium enthaltende
Nonoxid-Keramik ein aus SiC und Si3N4
zusammengesetztes Material ist.
8. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Silizium enthaltende
Nonoxid-Keramik Si-Al-O-N ist.
9. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Silizium enthaltende Nonoxid-Keramik Si-O-N ist.
10. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher das Gefüge nahezu
porenfrei ist und das Wachstum von Kristallkörnern durch die Eisenverbindung unterdrückt ist.
11. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, welche einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten
und eine Festigkeit gleich derjenigen oder höher als diejenige der die Eisenverbindung nicht enthaltenden
Keramik besitzt.
12. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher der die Eisenverbindung enthaltende Teil keine Feststofflösung bildet.
13. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher das die darin dispergierte
Eisenverbindung enthaltende Si3N4 einen
kleinen Kontaktwinkel gegen ein Schmieröl und ein ausgezeichnetes Adsorptionsvermögen für das Schmieröl besitzt.
14. Keramik nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Eisenverbindung aus Eisen und Silizium besteht.
