Verfahren zur Herstellung vop medizinischen Badeessenzen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Salicylsäuremethylester enthaltenden Badeessenzen, die mit Wasser gute und den Salicylsäuremethylester in außerordentlich feiner Verteilung enthaltende Emulsion liefern, und besteht darin, daß der Salicylsäuremethylester unter Verwendung von Türkischrotöl und unter Zusatz von Glycerin und Kaliumcarbonat mit Wasser zu einer klaren Lösung verarbeitet wird. Diese Lösung emulgiert sich ohne weiteres mit Wasser. Sie bleibt beim Stehen klar und entmischt sich nicht.
