Description

Verfahren zum Färben von Leukoesterverbindungen aus Farbstoffen der Indigoreibe und anderer KÜpenfarbstoffe in der Tauchküpe Es hat sich gezeigt -, daß man durch die Verwendung von Leukoesterverbindungen aus Farbstoffen der Indigoreihe und anderen Küpenfarbstoffen sehr zweckmäßig die alte Indigo-Tauchküpen-Fürberei ersetzen kann. So Uelingt es, z. B. nach den im Patent 410 972 z# Z, angeführten Entwicklungsmethoden z.B. mit dem Leukoester des Inäigo in der für einen Zug in der Indigoküpe nötigen Zeit Färbungen herzustellen, für welche mit Indigo je nach der Konzentration der Küpe 8 bis i o und mehr Züge, also mindestens die 8- bis i ofache Zeit und Arbeit nötig ist. Da aber die Leukoesterverbindungen des Indigo und anderer Küpenfarbstoffe meist sehr leicht löslich sind, zeigen sie die unangenehme Eigenschaft, beim Trocknen der getränkten, auf dem sogenannten Sternreifen aufg#espannten Ware sich nach den straffer gespannten offeneren Gewebeteilen, die schneller trocknen, zu konzentrieren. Als weiterer Vorteil hat sich ergeben, daß durch diese Zusätze die störende Entwicklung von salpetriger Säure wesentlich herabgedrückt wird. Das Verfahren wird durch folgendes Beispiel erläutert.
