Description
Claims (7)
Abkühlen einer entstehenden Bramme mit einer Abküh lungsgeschwindigkeit von 10 bis 50°C/min innerhalb des Tempe raturbereichs von einem Erstarrungspunkt bis auf 600°C, um TiN mit einer Größe von 0,05 bis 10 µm in einem Gewichtsanteil von mindestens 1/2 des gesamten TiN-Gewichts in der entstehenden Bramme abzuscheiden;
Erhitzen der Bramme;
Warmwalzen der Bramme;
Haspeln eines entstehenden warmgewalzten Stahlbandes bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 700°C;
Kaltwalzen des warmgewalzten Stahlbandes; und
anschließendes Ausführen einer Durchlaufglühung.
Abkühlen einer entstehenden Bramme mit einer Abküh lungsgeschwindigkeit von 10 bis 50°C/min innerhalb des Tempe raturbereichs von einem Erstarrungspunkt bis auf 600°C, um TiN mit einer Größe von 0,05 bis 10 µm in einem Gewichtsanteil von mindestens 1/2 des gesamten TiN-Gewichts in der entstehenden Bramme abzuscheiden;
Erhitzen der Bramme;
Warmwalzen der Bramme;
Haspeln eines entstehenden warmgewalzten Stahlbandes;
Kaltwalzen des warmgewalzten Stahlbandes; und
anschließendes Ausführen einer Durchlaufglühung.
Abkühlen einer entstehenden Bramme mit einer Abküh lungsgeschwindigkeit von 10 bis 50°C/min innerhalb eines Tem peraturbereichs von einem Erstarrungspunkt bis auf 600°C, um TiN mit einer Größe von 0,05 bis 10 µm in einem Gewichtsanteil von mindestens 1/2 des gesamten TiN-Gewichts innerhalb der entstehenden Bramme abzuscheiden;
Erhitzen der Bramme auf eine Temperatur von nicht weni ger als 1130°C;
Warmwalzen der Bramme;
Haspeln eines entstehenden warmgewalzten Stahlbandes innerhalb eines Temperaturbereichs von höchstens 650°C;
Kaltwalzen des warmgewalzten Stahlbandes; und
anschließendes Ausführen einer Kastenglühung.
