Entlüftungsvorrichtung an Lagerbehältern für brennbare Flüssigkeiten. Bei einer Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Patent 399 727, bei der ein raumbeständiger, mit einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter in Verbindung stehenderGasbehälter durch eine schwach gasdurchlässige und dadurch feuerabschließende und kondensationsbegünstigende Schicht in zwei Abteile geteilt ist, deren oberes mit einem Gasabzugsrohr versehen ist, tritt bei starken Temperatursteigerungen im Flüssigkeitsbehälter der Übelstand auf, däß die vergaste und beim Übergang in den Gasbehälter wieder kondensierte Flüssigkeit mit großer Geschwindigkeit auf den Boden des Gasbehälters prallt und dort zerstäubt. Hierdurch wird die Durchlässigkeit der den Gasbehälter teilenden durchlässigen Schicht und ihre feuerhemmende Wirkung schädlich beeinflußt. Das tritt namentlich dann ein, wenn das vom Flüssigkeitsbehälter in den Gasbehälter führende Rohr senkrecht in diesen Behälter eintritt, da dann der besonders starke Prall der Flüssigkeit auf den Boden das Zerstäuben begünstigt. Nach der Erfindung wird dieser Übelstand dadurch beseitigt, daß an der Stelle der Einmündung des vom Flüssigkeitsbehälter in den Gasbehälter führendes Rohres eine lose Schicht Kies oder eines anderen Haufwerks im Gasbehälter angeordnet wird, über der das Rohr mündet oder in die, was besonders vorteilhaft ist, die Rohrmündung versenkt ist.
