Abstract

Für den Bogentransport in Bogendruckmaschinen werden, wie die Zeichnung zeigt, üblicherweise miteinander korrespondierende Zylinder und Trommeln verwendet. Unterhalb der Übergabetrommel 2 ist in der darge­ stellten Ausführung ein Leitblech 3 angeordnet; die Anordnung weiterer Leitbleche ist üblich. Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zur Bogenkontrolle in Zylindern und Trommeln von Bogendruckmaschinen mit unterhalb der Zylinder und Trom­ meln angeordneten Leitblechen und in mindestens einem Zy­ linder und/oder einer Trommel im Nachfolgebereich von Grei­ fersystemen angeordneten, getakteten und aus Sender und Empfänger bestehenden Reflexlichtschranke, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß die Reflexlichtschranke (8) außerhalb des An­ ordnungsbereiches des Leitbleches (3) und vor der Übergabe und/oder nach der Übernahme des Bogens (6) vom korrespondie­ renden Zylinder (1) oder der korrespondierenden Trommel (2) getaktet wird, bei Vorhandensein eines Bogens der Lichtstrahl des Senders am Bogen reflektiert, dem Empfänger zugeführt und damit ein Gutbogen signalisiert und bei Nichtvorhanden­ sein eines Bogens der Lichtstrahl des Senders durch den korrespondierenden Zylinder oder die korrespondierende Trommel so abgelenkt wird, daß keine zum Empfänger gerich­ tete Reflexion auftritt und damit ein Fehlbogen detektiert wird.1.
