Closure beaker for vacuum flasks. It is already known
and in many cases, the closure cup for vacuum flasks by means of a
Thread to attach to the neck of the bottle. A known cheaper embodiment
consists in replacing the thread with a bayonet lock. Another
The suggestion is to fix the cup by means of a union nut on the neck of the vacuum flask
to fix. These known means, however, are none
safe
Connection between the bottle and the cup. Due to the inevitable vibrations,
to whom such a vacuum flask is carried in a backpack or in a handbag,
but is particularly exposed when traveling by train, experience shows that the loosens
Cup very soon, so that the stopper is often exposed. The cause of this
Deficiency lies in the fact that only a single connecting means, namely either a
Ordinary thread or a union nut or a bayonet connection is used
will.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated in that the
Closure beaker with two inwardly pushed out near its edge in a known manner,
in two correspondingly arranged J-shaped bayonet grooves on the glass bottle neck
insertable humps is provided and that it has a thread for a known per se
outer> C union nut, by means of which the hump of the cup in the upwardly curved
Ends of the grooves can be clamped.

Fig. I shows a vertical center section through the one on a vacuum flask

Wandung des Innenteiles i zwei einander gegenÜberliegende, einwärts gerichtete kleine
g sind an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen J-förmige Baj onettnuten i i,
i i vorgesehen.
8 sich in den wagerechten Teilen 16, 16 der Nuten i i, i i bewegen.
8, 8 das obere Ende der Teile 17, 17 der Nuten i i, i i erreicht haben. Hierdurch
The cup consists of the two parts i and 2 separated from one another by an air gap, of which the inner part i consists. Enamelled sheet iron on both sides, the outer part e made of any other suitable material, e.g. B. aluminum. In your space between floors 3 and d. is a layer 5 of heat protection material, for example asbestos. The edge of part i is beaded outwards at 6. The cylindrical wall of the outer part 2 is initially smooth and then merges into a thread 7 in its upper part, in order to finally be bent inwardly against the outer wall of the inner part i such that its edge abuts against the flange 6. Slightly below This bead length two opposing, inwardly directed indentations 8 are arranged in the cylindrical wall of the inner part i, into which the wall of the outer part is pressed, whereby the two parts are firmly connected to each other J-shaped bayonet grooves ii, ii are provided on the neck part of the bottle. A sleeve 13 with a nut thread 1q., into which the thread 7 of the outer cup part 2 can be screwed, lies loosely with its bulges 12 on the neck part of the bottle are attached, its thread 7 is first screwed into the thread 14 of the union nut 13, whereupon the indentations n 8 are inserted into the grooves ii up to the bottom 15 thereof. Then the cup is turned a little against the bottle, the buccles 8, 8 moving in the horizontal parts 16, 16 of the grooves ii, ii. If the union nut 13 is now screwed downwards, that is to say in the direction of the bottle neck, the cup becomes. pushed upwards with respect to the bottle until the bosses 8, 8 have reached the upper end of the parts 17, 17 of the grooves ii, ii. This creates a firm connection between the two parts. Since the inner part i of the cup is enamelled on both sides, there is only a slight heat transfer from the liquid poured into the cup to the outer wall of the cup.
