Description

Es existieren bereits Benzinmotoren mit veränderbarem Ventil­ öffnungsgrad (z. B. im Honda Civic), in denen die Ventile je nach Drehzahl mittels einer hydraulischen Steuerung zweistufig geöffnet werden.
Meine Idee erlaubt es, einen ähnlichen Effekt auf eine ganz andere Weise zu erreichen: Bei niedrigen Drehzahlen ist der Öffnungsgrad gering, um eine besonders effiziente Verbrennung des stark verwir­ belten Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisches zu erreichen. Bei steigenden Drehzahlen öffnen sich die Ventile stufenlos und proportional zur Motorendrehzahl. Die Maschine maximiert jetzt sowohl Drehmoment als auch Leistung bei gleichzeitiger Reduzierung des Kraftstoff­ verbrauches.

Claims (3)

1. Eine entlang ihrer Achse verschiebbare Nockenwelle mit kegelartigen Nocken.
2. Kipphebel mit drehbaren Arbeitsteilen.
3 Steuerungsmechanismus, der die Nockenwelle gegenüber den Kipphebeln proportional zur Motorendrehzahl entlang ihrer Achse verschiebt.
