Process for uninterrupted removal of dust and further
Processing of the dried raw lignite up to briquetting. In the extraction
as well as especially during the further processing up to the briquetting of the raw lignite
all coal dust used to be a nuisance in the highest degree; many brown coals could
can only be used as raw coal because the queasy coal when drying for the purpose
the briquette almost completely disintegrated into dust and could not be briquetted.
The more dusty the dried coal was, the more difficult it was to briquette it,
there was an increased risk of explosion and there were briquettes under de: i
many so-called splitters, which fell apart afterwards. Included
kicked
A lot of static on the stamps of the presses and the dust nuisance in general
Operation became unbearable.
When lignite is dried, it has very different grain sizes.
In order to keep the efficiency at the highest level, "- earth large: quantities every hour
driven through the drying devices, of course the fine and
Dry the finest grains quickly while the thicker ones are still moist inside.
Often earth at the outlet of the furnace screw under the drying devices
the thinner pieces separated and immediately briquetted, then the
coarser, so-called cartilage, is re-rolled and shredded for briquetting
led, while the still very coarse chunks, but also pieces of wood and the like
Foreign bodies, completely eliminated through sieves. While now the first eliminated
Coal and smaller cartilage, as well as all the dust, were far too dry, they remained
thicker cartilage and chunks still completely damp inside. On the long way to briquetting
the pieces to be dried and the damp pieces mixed together, as did the dust, and you
was only able to achieve the average moisture content required for correct briquetting with a great deal of effort
obtain. The after-dried coarse cartilage continued to steam all the way
the presses, the steam or steam condensed in the tastebuds etc.,
especially on their lids, and fell again in thick drops into the briquette
back, making the moisture content of the latter too great in these places
and thereby caused the so-called splitters, which are inferior. at
the dust removal, which was so necessary, became not only the dust but also the steam from the broken ones
Cartilage, which condensed particularly heavily in the internal dedusting systems,
sucked off, the moisture mixed with the sucked off dust to a worthless one
Mud, which was particularly troublesome because it had to be thrown down in clearing ponds
whose sewage caused contamination of the streams, etc., and was there
the recovery of the dust is extremely troublesome and expensive. All coarser briquetting charcoal
but had to go through a rolling mill so that the coarser cartilage also fell on a certain one
'Measure were crushed, otherwise they are still too moist on the inside and splits
would cause.
So there was a great number of people involved in the entire processing of the lignite
Difficulties that made operation difficult and caused a lot of malfunctions. so
has. with the further spread of coal dust I firing and its improvement
With regard to the accumulation of coal, the whole state of affairs has changed significantly in recent times.
Just as it used to be unpopular, dangerous and annoying, it is now a valuable one
A product that is not only sought to be found wherever it is created
and thus at the same time also reduces the risk of explosion, but that you can even be in
Mills built especially for this purpose directly from coarse coal, even if necessary
from finished briquettes. There are special funds, railroad cars
etc. have been built for its transport, and with the help of suction and compressed air transport
it can be transported anywhere without dust nuisance at any point
or to cause other damage. It is now about the coal dust
in the processing of the raw lignite into briquettes and thereby the facility
to be taken in such a way that, always with the simultaneous separation of the respectively arising
Coal dust, which coal is treated and worked in such a `` '' ice,
that the aforementioned grievances can no longer occur. One such procedure
forms the subject of the present invention.
darf ihn also nicht gänzlich ausscheiden.
I With the new procedure, the cartilage should be up to a certain
Thickness dried to a moisture level that is advantageous for briquetting,
then excreted and immediately fed to the briquetting, with which
it is achieved that the coals i can run through the dryer significantly faster.
This separation takes place in sieve drums and the like, which consist of several accordingly
graded sieves of increasing hole size are composed. The rough-; ren thicker ones
Cartilage continues in it and is sifted out separately through the large sieve,
and only these alone go through a roll mill and then undergo subsequent drying
and if necessary also subjected to cooling in order to then deal with the previously
to combine separated finer coal parts and conveyed to the briquette presses
to become. During this whole sifting process, the dry,
fine dust is sucked off, which is done through special sieves or, most easily, through a
Wind sifting can take place, and this high-quality fine material is immediately too
conveyed away to the coal dust bunkers or the loading points and recycled for themselves.
But for good briquetting there must be some dust in the coals, man
so it must not be eliminated entirely. But on the way to the press
and again and again new dust, which is quite sufficient for the correct briquetting
is.
Since in this process the thicker T, _ cartilage alone is regrinded and then after -, # dries
«-Earth, whereby the overdried crust is retained, the in them can still
contained moisture no longer escape in the form of vapor or steam, but
is immediately absorbed by the dry crust, and so the desired one is obtained
even average humidity. d. H. those necessary for good briquetting
Moisture content that can be designed as you like, so that not just one
higher production, but also a better quality of the briquette is achieved.
schematisch veranschaulicht. The neu.eVerfahren is shown in the accompanying drawing in an exemplary embodiment
illustrated schematically.
The coal passed from the collecting space a into the dryer h is passed through a screw c and the screw trough d into the sieve drum e, f . This sieve drum consists of the fine-meshed part e and your large-meshed part f. When this drum rotates; which is of course correspondingly long and advantageously a little oblique or conical, the fine sieve part e separates the finer pieces, which are sufficiently dried and suitable for briquetting, the same falling into the funnel g and out of this in front of the suction air nozzle lt through the delivery line i. led directly to the briquette presses. The coarse coal runs in the drum -ladder, and the coarse cartilage is sifted through the coarse-meshed part f ″ and falls into the funnel k to get to the mill 1, which converts it into a corresponding finer grain size, whereupon it is before the nozzle falls in, dm being sucked through the delivery line iz to the delivery container o, from which it arrives at the post-dryer p, in which it is post-dried as far as is necessary out hours to be promoted by i here through the delivery line with the first screened cartilage to the briquetting. the very coarse pieces and pieces of wood and other foreign matter from entering the end of the drum e, f and r here by a blade system or any other way in the gutter, s thrown and so completely eliminated.
Staubes statt.During this whole sighting process, however, the
contained in the good as well as the developing rancid, fine and completely dry
Dust is sucked off by a wind sifting by means of the pipe t and directly to the
Dust bunker or conveyed to the loading point in order to be recycled separately.
Here, through the much larger amounts of air, like in the past, to be sucked through and
Sift through the dry coals a good and sufficient cooling of the coals and des
Dust instead.
Of course you can also meet the facility so that on
Place the wind sifting or, apart from this, a sieve sifting for the fine ones
Drying dust is provided by placing the sieve drum instead of two parts, then three parts
is made so that only fine dust is sifted through the first very fine sieve part
and is promoted separately.
