Description
Method and device for transporting the dried lignite from the drying ovens with simultaneous sifting for the different grain sizes. So far one has in briquette factories for the transport of the dried coal from the Drying ovens consistently use screw conveyors and are occasionally involved went over to train the screw troughs as sieves around part of the fine coal sieve during transport. The sighting took place mainly through special sifters, mostly through drum screens. This whole facility and (but the procedure used has many deficiencies and, above all, did not offer any sufficient operational safety. Foreign objects such as stones, small pieces of iron etc., easily got stuck in the sieve trough of the snails and then caused either a bending or a break of the screw or at least bulges or runaways of the trough. In addition, not only sat in the trough, but also in the sighting devices the finer sieve holes slightly closed and the Power.
According to the present invention, for all of these reasons, the Conveyor screw for transporting the dried coal from the kiln to it final use should be avoided altogether and a vibrating sieve arrangement should be used in its place enter, through «-which at the same time a sighting with the transport in the way is connected that with the deposition of the unusable for further processing Components of the individual grain sizes immediately for subsequent treatment by re-rolling and 1 eight-dry and finally come to the briquetting, with `nourishing the sifting process cooling by sucking in fresh air and sucking off the very fine dust takes place. _To achieve this, there is a vibrating chute under the drying ovens arranged. -, velclie completely or partly as a vibrating sieve with several on top of each other arranged sieves is formed, the mesh size of these sieves in per se as is known, decreases from top to bottom. The entire chute is closed and has only side air inflow openings for entry sucked in fresh air and on its upper side a discharge for sucking off the fine dust.
The invention is illustrated schematically on the accompanying drawing. The left half of the annex is to be completed in the same way as the first half.
From the drying ovens arranged next to each other, the coal is picked up and transported away by shaking chutes, whereby it is advantageous to make the device that the shaking chute is divided approximately in the middle of the whole row of drying devices, so that each half only has to convey half the power. This gives a right and a left series of, for example, a total of eight drying ovens, of which the first four feed the left vibrating chute a1 and the other four the right half of the vibrating chute a2 , with both halves working against each other. Now you can probably design the entire vibrating channel as a sieve, but it is usually sufficient if only part of it is designed as a viewing device, for example in the given embodiment the part that has the two middle drying ovens on the right and left, i.e. N r. 3 to the left of \ r.4 (no longer shown in the drawing), and No. 4 and No. 5 and: \ r. 6 served. This part of the vibrating chute is then set up in such a way that it has any number of sieves one above the other, of which (read the coarsest at the top, the finest at the bottom the whole amount of the dried coal easily passes through the wide mesh and only the very coarse cartilage, which cannot be used for briquetting for the time being, as well as any foreign bodies, pieces of wood, etc., remain, which then fall into the conveyor screw b and are excreted The whole amount of charcoal, which was first sieved through, fell onto the next sieve II, and since this sieve has a somewhat smaller mesh size, the finer part of the colile narrowing also passes through here, and e: only the coarser cartilage sizes are sieved off after a corresponding one \ achwalzung by <the rolling mill must be subjected to another drying «, for what purpose s ie fall into a funnel d, from which they are conveyed back to the dryers or possibly initially to the coal floor, for example by a pneumatic conveying pipe e.
Become III through the then following, again somewhat narrower-meshed sieve then those cartilage sizes are sieved off which, after rolling, has taken place a rolling mill f fall onto a vibrating screen g through which the dried components, which can be used immediately for briquetting, sieved and placed in the funnel h, from which it goes through the pneumatic conveying pipe i directly the briquette presses, while the coarse - still too moist cartilage dries out fall into the funnel cl. The sieve IV finally sifts out the rest of the coal and leads the cartilage that no longer passes through its fine meshes to your roller mill k, after which they then passed through the sieve IV as well as those that passed The finest ingredients fall into the funnel h to go directly to the through the tube i Briquette presses to arrive.
During the whole transport and viewing process will be continuous The fine dust is sucked off through a pipe 1 and can be used as a particularly valuable material its particular use. Uni thereby a thorough ventilation all coal layers on the individual sieves and corresponding cooling to achieve the coal, appropriate openings are advantageously arranged ni, which may also serve as peepholes through which the work of the individual Sieves can be closely monitored. The method described and the new device can of course also be used for other coal transport occasions if your transport is accompanied by a sighting of the material shall be.
