Claims (10)

Schutzansprüche
1. Hüftgelenkpfanne (1) für vollständige Hüftprothesen mit einer allgemein halbkugelförmigen Gelenkpfanne mit konzentrischen, im wesentlichen halbkugelförmigen inneren (2) und äußeren (3) Oberflächen, zwischen denen eine Wand definiert ist, dadurch g ekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Oberfläche der Gelenkpfanne glatt ist, daß die Gelenkpfanne mit Gewinde aufweisenden kreisförmigen Öffnungen versehen ist, die eine axial orientierte Öffnung (6) und seitlich orientierte öffnungen (7, 8), die symmetrisch im Bezug zu der polaren Achse der Gelenkpfanne angeordnet sind, beinhalten, und daß sie benachbart zu ihrem offenen kreisförmigen Ende Fixierelemente (13, 25) aufweist.
2. Hüftgelenkpfanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkpfanne aus einer Titan-Legierung hergestellt wird.
3. Hüftgelenkpfanne nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennz eichnet, daß die äußere glatte Oberfläche mit einer Schicht aus Hydroxy-Apatit überzogen ist.

Hüftgelenkpfanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn &zgr; e ichnet, daß die seitlich orientierten öffnungen (7, 8) umfassen eine abgeschrägte Senkung, um eine korrekte Aufnahme des Kopfes einer Knochenschraube sicherzustellen, und ein Gewinde, das mit dem korrespondierenden Gewinde der Knochenschraube oder eines Nagels korrespondiert, um die Hüftgelenkpfanne mit der Schraube oder dem Nagel zu vereinigen, nachdem diese im Acetabulum verankert wurde.
5. Hüftgelenkpfanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlich orientierten öffnungen zwei Reihen von öffnungen (7, 8) bilden, von denen jede symmetrisch verteilt versetzt zur anderen angeordnet ist, wobei die Achsen der ersten Reihe von öffnungen im Bezug auf die Achse der Hüftgelenkpfanne einen anderen Winkel bilden als die der zweiten Reihe von Öffnungen.
6. Hüftgelenkpfanne nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennz eichnet, daß die Achsen der ersten Reihe von öffnungen im Bezug auf die Achse der Gelenkpfanne in einem Winkel von 3 0 orientiert sind, und diejenigen der zweiten Reihe in einem Winkel von ungefähr 55°.

Hüftgelenkpfanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an ihrem offenen kreisförmigen Ende (5) eine kreisförmige Fixiernut (25) und einen zylindrischen, konzentrisch zur Achse der Gelenkpfanne angeordneten Fixierrand (4) aufweist, der mit Fixier-Ausnehmungen (13) versehen ist, die im Bezug auf die Achse der Gelenkpfanne symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
8. Hüftgelenkpfanne nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixier-Ausnehmungen (13) die Form von parallel zur Achse der Gelenkpfanne liegenden Bohrungen (13) aufweisen, die in regelmäßigen Abständen in die innere kreisförmige Wand gebohrt sind, um auf diese Weise Führungsnuten auszubilden.
9. Knochenschraube, die mit der Hüftgelenkpfanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 kooperiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei
aufeinanderfolgende Gewinde unterschiedlicher Steigung aufweist, z.B. beginnend mit dem Kopf (22) der Schraube ein erstes Gewinde (23) dessen geringere Steigung mit den Gewindegängen der öffnungen (8) kooperiert und ein zweites Gewinde (24) größerer Steigung, um die Fixierung im Knochen des Patienten sicherzustellen.
10. Einsatz (14) aus Kunststoff, der mit der
Hüftgelenkpfanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8
kooperiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er innere und äußere konzentrische Wände (15 und 16)
aufweist, und daß er einerseits auf der Außenseite einen zylindrischen axialen Fortsatz (17) für die Kooperation mit der axial orientierten Öffnung (6) der Gelenkpfanne (1) aufweist, und andererseits nahe seinem offenen
kreisförmigen Ende einen kreisförmigen Flansch (26) und Anti-Rotations-Nasen (18) aufweist, die an der
Außenseite benachbart dem offenen Ende (19) des
Einsatzes für die Kooperation mit den Fixier-Elementen (25, 13) der Gelenkpfanne (1) angeordnet sind.
