Verfahren zur unterbrechungslosen Stufenschaltung an Transformatoren
mittels Doppeldrosselspule.
Process for uninterrupted tap switching on transformers
by means of a double inductor. It is known ben tapped transformers for uninterruptible
Switching from one stage to the next to use a double inductor,
d. H. one whose ends are connected to two adjacent taps of the transformer
can be connected while the consumption stream is pure tapping in the
Is removed from the middle of the choke coil. The number of switching steps is the same
the number of transformer taps reduced by one. To the number of switching steps
to double the taps without damaging the taps, it has been suggested that
the ends of the double inductors are not only connected to two neighboring transformer taps, as was previously the case,
but also to connect both to one and the same tap.
des Schaltvorgangs, nämlich behn Übergang von der zweiten Anlaßstufe auf diie dritte;
in aufeinanderfolgenden Stellungen abwechselnd jeweils an zwei benachbarte Anzapfungen
It has already become known from the literature, at one point in the switching process, namely before the transition from the second starting stage to the third; similar to praying subject matter of the invention with or double inductor to skip a transformer application. All this switching mode only occurred for the transition from the second to the third switching stage and was conditioned by the fact that the first switching stage was preceded by a stage which was intended to reduce the first current surge and which comprised a much smaller number of transformer turns. In the stages following the second switching stage, however, the choke coil was always connected to two adjacent taps when updating along the transformer taps, and its ends were swapped over. The operative connection in such a way that the ends of the choke coil are alternately connected in successive positions of two adjacent taps throughout the Schhaltvorganges, does not occur in the known circuit, it is not there, then, by the simple expedient of the peculiar switching operation of Choke coil alone achieves a doubling of the (switching steps.
The same effect is achieved by the method according to the invention.
After that, the ends of the double inductor are not only connected to two adjacent taps
of the step transformer, but also without interchanging the coil ends
two taps connected, which are not adjacent, but through at least
an intermediate tap are separated.
dargestellt.
q. an usf., In the drawing is a transformer phase with five taps
shown. In switching stage I (Fig. I) ends a and b of the double inductor are
connected to taps i and 2. The second stage II (Fig. 2) is by switching
of the coil end b from tap 2 to tap 3 achieved. To switch stage III
(Fig. 3), end a is placed on tap 2. For level IV
according to fig. d. one connects end b of the coil, the transformer tap
q. on etc.
This circuit has compared to the above-mentioned known, at
which the coil ends are each connected to the same tap, among other things,
the advantage that the taps never carry more than half the mains current while
they alternately half and full mains current in the known method
lead and are accordingly to be measured more strongly.
