Claims (5)
daß in Richtung des Laserstrahles (12) vor dem Sammellinsenarray (80) ein Array optischer Reflexionselemente (76) angeordnet ist, die jeweils einer bestimmten Sammellinse (82) des Arrays (80) zugeordnet und mittels Antriebseinrichtungen (98) um zwei gegenein ander geneigte Raumachsen (104, 106) verschwenkbar sind,
und daß die Antriebseinrichtungen (98) mit einer Regeleinrichtung (116) zur Fehlerkompensation durch Einstellung der Brennpunkte der zu den Sammellinsen (82) zugeordneten Teilstrahlen (78) auf das Zentrum des jeweiligen Vierquadranten-Detektors des Arrays (14) verbunden sind.
