Automatic lubrication device for the spindle neck bearing of spinning machines.
The invention relates to an automatic lubricating device for the spindle neck bearing
of spinning machines with a tapered one that is fixed on the spindle and provided with a cover
Oil cup.
Such lubricating devices, in which the conical oil cup together with the oil collecting chamber, revolves with the spindle so that the oil rises through centrifugal force on the inside of the cup and tries to flow back through holes to the neck bearing via the conical, recessed upper surface of the cup when it is at a standstill and slowly running, are known.
Löcher in Verbindung steht.
In contrast, the automatic lubricating device is characterized
according to the invention in that the cover of the oil cup rotating with the spindle
the resting surface of the neck bearing overlaps, which is tapered and deepened
with an oil chamber located under the mounting head of the neck bearing. by
Holes communicating. This ensures constant oil circulation during operation
achieved by the narrowing gap between the cup and neck bearing lower part
effective, is supported. So it gets to this neck bearing, that by centrifugal force
t51 rising on the inclined wall of the oil cup during spindle rotation
immediately, when it reaches its highest point, - to a sloping, stationary one
Area from which it slowly flows into the annular chamber and fills it, too
when the spindle is in motion. This eliminates the breaks that are common to the known
Storage for the reasons given in the oil cycle, filled out
and thus more even lubrication of the spindle in the neck bearing is ensured.
Ölgefäß a mit einwärts ragendem Rand trägt. Das feste Halslager besteht aus einem
Gewindekopf
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment in longitudinal section.
s is the spindle, which is the conical, cup-shaped one immediately below the spindle bench
Oil compartment a with inwardly protruding rim. The fixed neck bearing consists of one
Threaded head
b with a cylindrical oil chamber underneath
e, which has one or more inlet openings d for the oil, and from one itself
adjoining I - valley bearing part c, which has a cone with a hollow conical surface
forms and its jacket with the hollow cone of the oil cup of the spindle after a
downward producing wider gap. As soon as the spindle turns, it rises
in a known way by the centrifugal force the C51 on the wall up and gets
at the moment when it comes to the highest point, on the fixed hollow cone
Surface of the neck bearing piece c, in order to flow slowly down on this, in the annular chamber
c to collect while with the known oil cups at the moment in which
the spindle turns again, centrifugal force causes the oil on the bottom of the annular chamber,
which rotates here with the spindle, locked or pushed out according to its scope
will. In the head b of the neck bearing, as can be seen, the spindle runs with some play,
so that the whole actual storage area, which is correspondingly long as required
is to do, is completely under oil from above. According to the example shown
the spindle foot is mounted in a pan f, which is upward through a catch ring
g is covered. Due to the new shape of the neck bearing in connection with the
the spindle rotating oil cup should be a perfect guarantee
that the spindle never runs dry in the neck bearing.
