Es sind Dreschmaschinen bekannt geworden, bei denen statt der zur Förderung dienenden Haltewalzen am Dreschkorb Dorne angeordnet sind, die eine Bremsung der durch die Dreschtrommel hervorgerufenen Bewegung des Strohs herbeiführen. Bei diesen bekannten Dreschmaschinen sind indes die Dorne weit vor der Dreschzone angeordnet, so daß sie eine genügende Bremsung des hindurchgehenden Strohs für sich allein nicht auszuführen vermögen, und die Anwendung von Dreschzähnen am Dreschkorb erforderlich machen. Hierdurch wird aber kein Glattstroh, sondern Krummstroh erhalten. Um nun Glattstroh mit einer solchen Maschine zu erzielen, ist gemäß der Erfindung die Anordnung derart getroffen, daß die Dorne an dem Dreschkorb in der eigentlichen Dreschzone angeordnet sind, wogegen die Anwendung von Dreschzinken o. dgl. fortfällt.Threshing machines have become known in which instead of promoting Serving holding rollers are arranged on the concave mandrels, which braking the bring about movement of the straw caused by the threshing drum. Am Dreschkorbe sitzen von außen gegen die Trommel 3 gerichtet _vdie Haltedorne 4. Die Zuführung des Dreschgutes erfolgt durch die Öffnung 5. Die Haltedorne haben zweckmäßig die Form von Dreiecken oder spitzen Keilen, wobei sie mit ihrer Längsrichtung in der Bewegungsrichtung des Dreschgutes stehen. Sie können in einer oder mehreren Reihen angeordnet sein, jedoch an der Stelle, wo sich die schärfste Dreschzone des Dreschkorbes befindet. Ihre Größe und Anzahl wird sich nach der Art der Maschine, nach der Geschwindigkeit des Antriebes und auch nach der Art des zu dreschenden Gutes richten.
