Description
The invention relates to a projectile opener with a Opener part and a bracket part and with associated projectiles in weaving machines. The projectile opener serve both on the firing and on the catch side for opening and Position the projectile clips during thread transfer. So far, rigid projectile openers with metallic Expanding mandrels used. Describe when opening the rigid expanding mandrels have a predefined circular shape Swivel motion. Manufacturing tolerances, necessary work game specifications and signs of wear, e.g. B. on the project tilrückschieber, lead to changes in the position of the projectile, so that the interaction of projectile opener and project tilklammer mostly not in an optimal geometric position can take place to each other. With the ever higher ones Speeds of the weaving machines leads to a ra unwanted wear of the parts with other Deterioration of the geometric relationships. With increasing web services and quality requirements but the requirements for an exact position also increase the projectiles. In the catch mechanism this is u. a. For a perfect interaction with the edge thread clamp and the groin needle important to ensure an even Get insert edge. On the shot side is one position as correct as possible important for the interaction with the thread feeder, which with the opened projectile bracket works together. Even slight position deviations lead here about collisions, what production breaks and Machine damage. And too great a distance between projectile and projectile impact piece leads to Shot to damage the rear projectile housing The End.
With the rigid design of the projectile opener and resulting intense frictional contact is to Reduction of wear, increased use of Lubricants required. This is highly undesirable because it increases the risk of tissue contamination, d. H. that is, a loss of quality.
Especially when using new types of plastic project len, whose plastic housing in the projectile cycle none Lubrication may require more, it would be very desirable still necessary necessary lubrication between rigid metallic projectile opener and metallic projectile to eliminate staples in order to achieve the highest quality fabrics to be able to achieve.
The occurrence of thread losers as a result of worse Positioning and beating from the previous rigid Projectile opener must be of higher performance and quality requirements are reduced.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a solution of the problems mentioned and finding a projectile opener with assigned projectiles to create which is higher Allows entry services with high fabric quality, and that with high operational reliability and low ser vice need. In addition to known steel projectiles plastic projectiles can also be used and last oil-free operation can be achieved.
This object is achieved in that a spring element between the opening part and the holding part the projectile opener is arranged, which when opening the projectile has an elastic displacement and / or Allows rotation relative to the bracket part. Thereby the position of the projectile will fluctuate when it is opened compensates and corrects the strong blows of the Projectile opener on the projectile clamp are removed catch and occurring friction loads significantly reduced.
Advantageous versions can abge each other agreed contact areas of the opener part and spread the clip of the projectile with flat contact during of the opening process. The specific Druckbe load on the contact surfaces and thus wear are further reduced. The contact surfaces essentially flat and wedge-shaped be. Preferably, the contact surfaces of the opener part and projectile clip or projectile both across also essentially along the direction of the projectile Lichen be flat and wedge-shaped and thus in these two directions improved opening and Allow positioning properties.
For optimal adjustment to the angle change when The contact surfaces can spread the projectile clamp of opener part and projectile clamp helical be trained. With an opening part made of abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant plastic can be used in plastic projectiles oil-free operation can be achieved.
A simple spring element can be designed as a leaf spring be. A round spring with a circular or oval shape Cross section as a spring element can be used in both to opener optimized spring characteristics have ten. Even in the opening direction, a small Suspension can be provided to reduce peak loads, the spring constant of the spring element in motion direction of the opening part must be at least twice as large should be like the spring constants in the perpendicular Directions.
Dabei zeigtIn the following the invention is based on exemplary embodiments play explained in connection with the drawing. It shows

Fig. 1 shows a weft insertion device of a projectile weaving machine with previous, rigid projectile openers. A weft yarn 1 is of a projectile 5 in the weft b factory 2 taken, and accelerated by means of hammer 4, taken in the weft direction X through the shed. 7 In the catching mechanism 3 , the projectile 5 c is brought to a standstill by a catching brake 25 in a guide element 14 and is pushed back into a precisely defined position 5 d by a return slide 13 . Here must be a catch-side Projektilöff ner 16 , the thread end of a not shown thread clamp release by opening the projectile clip 9 . The projectile is then pushed into an ejection channel 36 by the same projectile opener 16 with the catch brake 25 raised. By means of a return transport device 11 , the projectile 5 e gets back into the weft 2 . In position 5 a , the projectile is held by a projectile lifter 37 . A projectile opener 6 on the shot side expands the projectile clamp 9 and at the same time aligns the projectile in the weft direction X. Then projectile lifter 37 and projectile opener 6 rotating about an axis 38 move upwards together and bring the projectile with the open clamp into the firing position 5 b , where the weft thread 1 is taken over by a thread generator, not shown. The projectile opener 6 rotates back and closes the projectile clamp. In order to achieve error-free thread take-over and good firing, the projectile must be positioned exactly by the projectile opener ( 5 b) . In this example, the projectile opener 6 on the shot side acts on the projectile clamp at the passage opening 39 , but the projectile opener 16 on the catch side acts at a different location, at the end opening 41 of the projectile housing. In other examples, both projectile openers 6 and 16 can act on the same position on the projectile clip. This also applies to the projectile opener according to the invention, which in FIG. 2a, b, however, are again analogous to the example of FIG. 1. Here, a leaf spring element 21 is arranged in the projectile-side projectile opener and a round spring 22 is arranged between the opener part 18 and the holding part 19 in the projectile-opener on the catch side. These spring elements 21, 22 allow an elastic displacement or rotation of the opening part relative to the holding part, for compensation of non-optimal geometric contact conditions.
Die Federkonstante in Z-Richtung ist mehrfach größer als jene in Querrichtung Y. Fig. 3 also shows a shot-side Projektilöffner with a leaf spring 21. In addition, an elastomeric damper plate 23 is also inserted here, which allows a very limited elasticity in the opening direction Z - essentially only to reduce peak loads. The spring constant in the Z direction is several times greater than that in the transverse direction Y.
Fig. 4 shows in X, Y and Z view a projectile opener with flat, wedge-shaped contact surfaces and Rundfederele element 22 , with a projectile housing 8 , a through opening 39 and a projectile clip 9th As can be seen from FIG. 4a, the contact surfaces 28 of the opening part 18 and the contact surfaces 34 of the projectile clamp are essentially flat and wedge-shaped in order to achieve the greatest possible surface contact when spreading and positioning the clamp in the transverse direction Y. Since the projectile is normally rotated by 180 ° after each shot, the contact surfaces 34 a, b of the projectile clamp are symmetrical. They are also slightly cambered in order to provide the greatest possible area contact even when there are small changes in the angle when the opening part springs out. The contact surfaces are therefore only approximately flat. Fig. 4b shows an approximately flat contact surface 29 of the opening part 18 , which act on corresponding contact surfaces 33 a, b of the projectile housing 8 (or also the projectile clamp) and thus align the projectile in the weft direction X. The round spring element 22 is oval elliptical here, so that the spring constant in the X direction is greater than in the Y direction. The centering thus has a correspondingly stronger effect in the X direction. Even a small twist of the projectile axis X ' by a small angle ε from the weft direction X can be absorbed or compensated for by the spring element 22 . It acts as a torsion spring. (In this example, the projectile opener on the shot side and on the catch side act on the same position of the projectile clamp.)
Fig. 5 shows in perspective a Projektilöffner with associated projectile 5 d, analogous to the example of FIG. 4, but with the leaf spring element 21. The leaf spring can, for. B. consist of steel and be connected to a plastic opener part, or spring element 20 and opener part 18 can also be made in one piece. The spring effect of the element 20 is then achieved by the shape.
Fig. 6 shows such an integrated embodiment, which consists entirely of plastic. The section 20 is then resilient and the opening part 18 consists of abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant plastic, for. B. glass beads containing polyamide.
Fig. 7a, b shows a further optimized embodiment with helical contact surfaces, which takes into account the changes in the angle δ between the clamp legs when spreading on the projectile clamp. An upper cross-sectional area 42 of the opener part is substantially rectangular (the projectile clip is still closed), while a lower, trapezoidal cross-sectional area 43 corresponds to the opening angle δ of the opened clip. Again, the contact surfaces are slightly cambered and therefore no exact cylinder developments.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment with arcuate contact surfaces 32 of a metallic projectile clamp for Zen tration of the projectile in the X and Y directions, with a round spring element 22 and a plastic opener part 18th The projectile housing 8 made of plastic is not touched by the opener part 18 .
Thanks to the resilient design, the invention Projectile opener in an extended area non-opti painterly geometrical relationships. The Adjustability is made easier, and there are higher wear tolerances permitted. Through large areas Wear when opening and contact is reduced Downtimes and operational reliability increased considerably. This also allows plastic damper parts for the desired oil-free operation. Ultimately it will hence the processable yarn spectrum of the weaving machine expanded.
