Ein wichtiger Vorgang in der Weberei ist das Verbinden der Webschäfte einer Webmaschine mit dem Antriebsmechanismus, um bei der Webmaschine die Fachbildung sicherzustellen. In gleicher Weise ist ein Lösen erforderlich, wenn ein Webgeschirrwechsel vorgenommen wird. Jeder einzelne Webschaft muß dabei von jeweils einer von seiner äußeren rechten Seite und äußeren linken Seite verbundenen Antriebsstange gelöst oder wieder mit ihr verbunden werden.
Hierzu ist gemäß der DE-OS 26 56 380 eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Schäfte mit dem Antriebsmechanismus einer Webmaschine bekannt, deren Lösung darin besteht, daß die Antriebsstangen im Bereich der Verbindung mit den Webschäften klauenförmig ausgebildet sind und zwischen den beiden aus federnden Material bestehenden Stangenteilen ein Zwischenraum gebildet ist, in den, nach dem die Riegel aller Schäfte und ihre Steuerelemente aufeinanderfolgend in wenigstens einer Reihe ausgerichtet sind und damit eine Nivellierung der Schäfte erfolgt ist, ein einen elliptischen Querschnitt aufweisender Bedienschlüssel hindurchgeführt wird. Durch Betätigen dieses Bedienschlüssels werden dann die Antriebsstangen zeitweilig auseinandergespreizt um das Entkuppeln der Webschäfte von den Antriebsstangen vorzunehmen.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist zwar in ihrer Anwendung als effektiv zu bezeichnen, sie erfordert jedoch bei einer hohen Schäftezahl einen erheblichen Zeitaufwand zur Nivellierung der Schäfte. Wird mit einer niedrigen Anzahl von Schäften gearbeitet, scheinen die Vorkehrungen zum Entkuppeln ebenfalls nicht im Verhältnis zu an sich bekannten handwerklichen Maßnahmen zu stehen.
Die Verwendung derartiger Vorrichtung ist ferner daran gebunden, daß zusätzliche Vorkehrungen in der Art von Aufnahmelagern vor und hinter den Webschäften zur Führung des Bedienschlüssels notwendig sind.

Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch ein stabförmiges Griff- und Verdrehelement, an dessen dem Griff entgegengesetzten freien Ende ein oval bzw. elliptisch gestaltetes Spreizelement angeordnet ist, welches Spreizelement zwischen einem ersten und einem zweiten Spreizbacken drehbeweglich an einem der Spreizbacken positioniert ist und wobei die Spreizbacken an ihrem der Spreizung entgegengerichteten Ende auf einer gemeinsamen Achse drehbar lagern und von einer der Spreizbewegung entgegenwirkenden Spannfeder beaufschlagt sind. In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Spreizbacken einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet und derart im Profil gestaltet, daß ihre freien Enden in einem Bereich ihrer Längserstreckung einander zur Anlage kommen. Damit ist das Spreizwerkzeug in der Lage, in den zwischen den Federlaschen der Antriebsstange bestehenden Spalt in Eingriff gebracht zu werden. Die Spreizbacken sind in der Art eines Z-Profils ausgestaltet, wobei ihre Profilsteghöhe voneinander abweicht. In ihrer Längserstreckung sind die Spreizbacken in einem vorderen Bereich kongruent aufeinander liegend angeordnet und in einem nach dem Profilstegen liegenden hinteren Bereich bilden sie einen Spalt und verlaufen parallel zueinander.
Zur Positionierung des Spreizelementes zwischen den Spreizbacken weist einer der Spreizbacken an den Schmalseiten ein Lagerblech mit einer U-förmigen Ausnehmung auf. In dieser Ausnehmung ist die an beiden Seiten des Spreizelementes angeordnete Achse aufgenommen.

Zwischen den Federlaschen 2,3 der Antriebsstange 1 besteht ein Spalt 4, der breiter ist, als die Dicke der zwei aneinander liegenden Spreizbacken 5,6 im vorderen Bereich 7. Ferner unterscheiden sich die einzelnen Spreizbacken in ihrer Steghöhe, so daß bei Überlagerung der beiden kurzen Schenkel 8 die langen Schenkel 9 zwischen sich einen Spalt 10 bilden, in dem das oval oder elliptisch gestaltete Spreizelement 11 angeordnet ist und zwar derart, daß es aufgrund seiner festen Verbindung mit dem Griff- und Verstellelement 12 bei Drehung desselben gegen die Innenseiten der beiden Spreizbacken 5,6 gedrückt wird und ein Auseinanderspreizen des vorderen Bereiches 7 der Spreizbacken 5,6 bewirkt.
An einem der beiden Spreizbacken 5,6 ist in Nähe des Profilsteges 13 an deren beiden Schmalseiten ein Lagerblech 14 mit einer U-förmigen Ausnehmung 15 vorhanden. In dieser Ausnehmung werden die zylindrischen Zapfen 16, die an beiden Seiten des Spreizelementes 11 vorhanden sind, aufgenommen, womit das Spreizelement 11 an dem Spreizbacken 5 fixiert ist.
An dem freien Ende ist der eine zylindrische Zapfen 16 mit einem Ansatz 17 versehen, der ein axiales Verschieben des Spreizelementes 11 zwischen den Spreizbacken 5,6 verhindert.
Das andere freie Ende des zylindrischen Zapfen 16 ist mit einem Passtück 18 verbunden, das wiederum von dem endseitigen Teil des Griff- und Verdrehelementes 12 aufgenommen und mittels eines Stiftes 19 verbunden ist.
An dem Ende der Schenkel 9 der Z-profilförmigen Spreizbacken 5,6 sind Laschen 20,21 vorhanden. Die Laschen der einen Spreizbacke überlappen dabei die Laschen der anderen Spreizbacke. Ferner ist jede der Laschen 20,21 mittig mit einer Durchgangsbohrung versehen. Diese Bohrungen liegen einander fluchtend gegenüber und werden von einer Achse 22 durchdrungen. Die Achse 22 stellt damit für die beiden Spreizbacken 5,6 den gemeinsamen Drehpunkt dar, um eine entsprechende Spreizbewegung ausführen zu können.
Gleichzeitig dient die Achse 22 zur Aufnahme einer Spannfeder 23 zwischen den Spreizbacken-Laschen 20,21.
Der Spannbügel der Feder 23 übergreift dabei die Schmalseite der Spreizbacke, womit die Breitseiten der Spreizbacken federbelastet sind.

Dabei wird zwangsläufig das oval oder elliptisch gestaltete Spreizelement 11 zwischen den Spreizbacken 5,6 ebenfalls gedreht und spreizt dabei die beiden Spreizbacken 5,6 zusammen mit den Federlaschen 2,3 der Antriebsstange 1 auseinander. Dadurch ist die Antriebsstange 1 von dem nicht dargestellten Webschaft getrennt und die Antriebsstange kann aus dem Verbindungsbereich mit dem Webschaft herausgeschwenkt werden. Aufgrund dessen, daß die Spannfeder 23 der Spreizung entgegenwirkt, erfolgt stets nach dem Lösen oder Verbinden von Antriebsstange und Webschaft eine selbständige Rückstellung der Spreizbacken in die geschlossene Stellung.

Claims (6)

  1. Spreader tool for the individual connection and release of the heald frames to and from the drive rods or frame pulls of a loom, wherein a rod-shaped gripping a rotating element (12) is provided at the end of which opposite the handle a spreader element (11) is disposed, which spreader element (11) is positioned between a first and a second spreader jaw (5, 6) on one of said spreader jaws (5, 6) so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the gripping and rotating element (12), and wherein the spreader jaws (5, 6) are mounted at their end opposite the spread so as to rotate about a common shaft (22), and wherein the spreader jaws (5, 6) are acted upon by a tension spring (23) which counteracts the spreading effect.
