Eine derartige Ausbildung ist kostenaufwendig im Hinblick auf den Herstellungsprozeß der Tragbaum-Spannelement-Verbindung.

Über die Längserstreckung des Tragbaumes 15 sind mehrere voneinander beabstandet angeordnete Stützelemente 18 mit dem Tragbaum 15 verbunden, von denen jedes Stützelement 18 ein Lager, vorzugsweise ein Zwei-Punkt-Rollenlager mit einer auf einer Drehachse 19, 20 gelagerten Rolle 21, 22 ausbildet, in denen die Streichwalze 23 als separates Bauteil lose aufgenommen ist.
Das Zwei-Punkt-Rollenlager wird hier durch zwei unterschiedlich lange Schenkel 18A und 18B des Stützelementes 18 gebildet, die zur Webkette 24 gerichtet sind und wobei jeder Schenkel 18a, 18b, an seinem freien Ende die Drehachse 19 bzw. 20 für die Rolle 21 bzw. 22 trägt.
Die als Rohr ausgebildete Streichwalze 23 ist zwischen zwei Rollen 21, 22 jedes Stützelementes 18 und der Webkette 24 aufgenommen.

Claims (6)

  1. Tensioning unit for the warp in a loom, the loom having a first outer and a second outer side wall (2), with functional elements, such as a back rest roll (23), which are arranged on the side where the warp beam is located and which extend over the cloth width, a carrier beam (15) which supports the back rest roll (23) and which is subject to the action of a spring element (12), a deflecting roll (25) and a carrier element (8) having a plurality of bearing plates (16, 16A), and also comprising a plurality of support elements (18) for the back rest roll (23) which are arranged over the length of the carrier beam (15) and which form bearings in which the back rest roll (23) is accommodated loosely as a separate component, the carrier element (8) being accommodated in the region of the side walls (2) in such a manner that it is rotationally adjustable about its longitudinal axis (8A), characterised in that the position of the carrier element (8), carried by components (3, 4) present on each side wall (2), can be changed in the horizontal and in the vertical plane, and the bearing plates (16, 16A) arranged on the carrier element (8) alternately form a bearing arrangement (17, 27), on the one hand for rotatably accommodating the carrier beam (15) and, on the other hand, for rotatably accommodating the deflecting roll (25).
  2. Tensioning unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the back rest roll (23) and the deflecting roll (25) are accommodated in bearings comprising rollers (21, 22 and 28, 29, respectively).
  3. Tensioning unit according to claim 1, characterised in that at least the deflecting roll (25) is accommodated in a plain bearing (27) of the bearing plates (16A).
  4. Tensioning unit according to claim 2, characterised in that the bearings comprise at least one two-point roller bearing.
  5. Tensioning unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrier beam (15) is carried by a three-point roller bearing (17) present on the bearing plates (16).
  6. Tensioning unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrier beam (15) is connected by means of at least one lever (14) present at one of its free ends to a spring element (12) producing pretension on the warp (24).
