Description

The invention relates to a weaving machine with a carrying and adjusting device for the warp guide, consisting of at least one warp thread tensioner, which has at least one tensioning tree arranged perpendicular to the warp threads. The warp guide includes deflection elements for warp threads or the warp thread monitor. Such a device is described in European Application No. 0 109 472, which is supported on several supports located within the weaving machine frame and can be displaced vertically with respect to the individual supports by means of adjusting spindles. In the known device there is the problem that each adjustment element has to be adjusted independently of the other, which means that adjustment errors can occur when operated by unskilled personnel. If the setting is incorrect, the entire device can become tense, which is detrimental to its function and life. In addition, the time required for the adjustment of the above-mentioned device is necessary if different adjustment elements have to be coordinated with one another, thus reducing the efficiency of the weaving machine.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a carrying and adjusting device of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be operated as quickly and easily as possible and can be set precisely.

The invention is characterized in that the entire carrying and adjusting device is mounted on a supporting element parallel to the tensioning tree, for example a supporting tube, which can be rotated and fixed relative to the weaving machine frame, and wherein several supporting arms are attached to the supporting element, which carry the warp thread tensioner. A single adjusting mechanism is provided for changing the position of the carrying and adjusting device relative to the weaving machine. Further features of the invention are set out in the subclaims.

In contrast to the known device with several adjustment elements, the time required for the adjustment process is thus considerably reduced. The weaver only has to concentrate on a single adjustment mechanism and can therefore carry out this work more quickly and with greater accuracy than on a weaving machine with multiple adjustment elements.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures.
  • 1 shows in a partial section across an weaving machine an overview of the carrying and adjusting device with devices attached thereon for tensioning or monitoring the warp,
  • 2a shows, on a larger scale, parts of the carrying device and the device for monitoring the warp,
  • 2b contains a side view of the arrangement in FIG. 2a,
  • Fig. 3 shows an intermediate support for the device for monitoring the warp on the support and adjustment device mentioned.

According to FIG. 1, the carrying and adjusting device 3 comprises a supporting tube 52 which is connected with screws 511 to at least one adjusting flange 61 which is fastened to the weaving machine frame 1 by means of the screws 612. If the support tube 52 is stiff enough, it can be freely rotated in the weaving machine frame 1. However, it can also be fastened, for example, in an adjusting flange 61 at its two ends, for example on the side cheeks of the weaving machine frame 1. The elongated holes 611 in the adjustment flange 61 are designed in accordance with the adjustment range of the entire device. In or on an adjusting flange 61, an adjusting spindle 62 is screwed into a spindle nut 63, which on the other hand sits in the spindle flange 65 by means of the spindle nut 64. The threads on the adjusting spindle 62, like those of the spindle nuts 63, 64, run in opposite directions. The spindle flange 65 is not adjustably attached to the weaving machine frame 1.

Spread over the width of the weaving machine, a plurality of support arms 51, 51 'are fastened on the support tube 52 by means of clamping screws 512 as shown in FIGS. 2a, 2b. Cantilever beams 4, 4 'are mounted on the support arms, on the ends of which the warp thread tensioner 2 is seated. It consists of a deflection boom 22 and a tensioning boom 21 supported on a plurality of levers 25. The levers 25 are pressed by springs 26 about their pivot points in the continuous support boom 24 via the tensioning boom 21 against the resulting force from the warp threads 31. Another warp tensioning device could also be attached to the cantilever beams 4, 4 '.

With the adjustment mechanism 6, the warp tensioner 2 is first adjusted according to arrows 2 'or 2 "in a rotation about the axis of the support tube 52. However, an independent adjustment possibility for the warp thread monitor 7 is also necessary for the individual adjustment of the warp threads 3. A commercially available warp thread monitor can be used 7 can be used, which is seated on at least two support devices 77, which are screwed to the support arms 51 in a height-adjustable manner two clamping pieces 771 screwed tight on rails 770. If the clamping screws 775 are not tightened, the warp thread monitor 7 can be easily moved along the rails 770 thanks to the sliding elements 772. The warp thread monitor 7 can be rotated about axes 76 which are in the supports 74. The supports are connected to tubes 73 and carry the rail holder 75 for the contact rails 72, which close an electrical circuit with lamella 71 when warp threads 31 travel sen. The tubes 73 also carry a plurality of rail holders 75 'distributed over the weaving width via supports 74'. A spindle holder 781 is screwed to at least one support 74 ', in which an adjusting spindle 78 can be rotated, which is supported on a cantilever beam 4' via sliding blocks 782. By rotating the adjusting spindle 78, the warp thread monitor 7 is pivoted about the axis 76.

The warp thread monitor 7 can be adapted to any position of the warp threads 31 by the adjustment options described.

On the support tube 52 other devices can be stored, for. B., shaft guides or lathe devices.

An adjustment flange 61 can also be designed as a coherent part together with a support arm 51.

For precise adjustment of the carrying and adjusting device, it is advisable to attach an adjustment scale to a machine cheek or to an adjustment flange.
