Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abwaschen von Geschirr u. dgl., bei welcher dieses der Einwirkung von Wasserstrahlen unterworfen wird, und besteht darin, daß das Geschirr in einer mit Wasser gefüllten Kammer durch über oder unter der Oberfläche des Wassers an der Seite der Kammer austretende Wasserstrahlen, die eine kräftige Störung des Wassers bewirken, eine Wälzbewegung erhält bzw. von einem zum anderen Ende der Kammer bewegt wird. Die Wälzbewegung erfahren runde Gegenstände, wie Teller 0. dgl., während Tassen oder ähnliche hohle Gegenstände von einem zum anderen Ende der Kammer bewegt werden. Bei der Anordnung gemäß der Erfindung tritt eine doppelte Reinigungswirkung ein, und zwar einmal die von den Wasserstrahlen unmittelbar herrührende Wirkung und dann die Wirkung der durch die Strahlen hervorgerufenen starken Strömung des Wassers, welche die zu reinigenden Gegenstände in Bewegung versetzt.
