Claims (8)

1. Vorformling (10) zur Verwendung beim Blasformen eines wiederverwendbaren transparenten befüllbaren Behälters, wobei der Vorformling ein spritzgeformtes Teil ist, das aus Polyesther gebildet ist, einen langgestreckten Körper (16) zum Bilden eines Behälterkörpers aufweist, an seinem einen Ende geschlossen und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende, offen ist, wobei das offene Ende des Vorformlings einen Halsabschluß (12) aufweist und der langgestreckte Körper einen Teil (14) unterhalb des Halsabschlusses (12) mit zunehmender Wandstärke hat, um einen Schulterteil des Behälters auszubilden, wobei das geschlossene Ende (20) durch einen Boden mit im allgemeinen halbkugelförmiger Außenfläche definiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das geschlossene Ende (20) des Vorformling-Körpers einen zylindrischen bodenbildenden Profilteil (22) mit bezüglich der Wandstärke des Vorformling-Körpers (16) größerer Wandstärke aufweist.
2. Vorformling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn- * zeichnet, daß der Boden einen inneren mittig gelegenen axial sich erstreckenden Vorsprung (26) aufweist, der Zentriermittel zum Eingriff durch einen Zentrierstab
während des Blasformens des Vorformlings definiert.
3. Vorformling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Vorformling-Boden eine im allgemeinen flache, querverlaufende Innenfläche (24) hat.
4. Vorformling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Vorformling-Körper (16) eine Wandstärke aufweist, die sieben bis ,.neur* mal die Stärke des entstehenden Behälterkörpers (30) beträgt.
5. Vorformling nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Vorformling-Körper (16) einen Außendurchmesser von 34 bis 37% des Außendurchmessers eines entstehenden Behälterkörpers (30) aufweist.
6. Vorformling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Profilteil (22) eine Länge einschließlich des Vorformling-Bodens (20) hat, die 0,35 bis 0,45 so groß wie der Durchmesser eines entstehenden Behälterkörpers ist.
7. Vorformling nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilteil (22) eine Wandstärke von 1,10 bis 1,25 mal der Wandstärke des Vorformling-Körpers aufweist.
8. Vorformling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Vorformling-Polyester aus Polyethylen-Terephthalat (PET)-Homopolymer oder -Copolymer mit einer Grenzviskositätszahl (intrincis viscosity IV) von 0,72 bis 0,84 gebildet ist.
