Heating pipe superheater. The main patent 36236.1 relates to a heating tube superheater,
in which the essence is that the end piece of the superheater tube from a
Hollow bodies (pipe head) provided with reciprocating helical steam paths
consists, which has the smoothest possible surface on the outside. This pipe head lies in the
hottest zone. With heating pipe! Kessein (locomotive boilers, locomobile boilers, ship boilers)
there are finite widths and those with narrow heating pipes. The required superheater area
the actual superheater element of the end piece (pipe head) is then also in the
To accommodate the hottest zone when the superheater is not on a large number
from more or less narrow heating pipes, but to a smaller number of more
or less wide heating pipes must be distributed.
Der Dampf durchläuft also den Weg a, b, c, d, e. It is now desirable to use one and the same size of end pieces or pipe heads for different widths of the heating pipes. In the main patent, the two steam pipes, which feed the wet steam to the pipe head in the heating pipe and remove the superheated steam from it, are at the end or% v. connected by a single pipe head in the hot heating tube zone. In contrast, the novelty is that the pipe heads dimensioned for small heating tube boilers are also used for large heating tube boilers, only in increased numbers, namely at least two, which can be connected in series or side by side in one and the same heating tube. This way thus enables a sufficiently large heating surface to be accommodated in the hot zone while maintaining a shape which is easy to manufacture and suitable for avoiding the accumulation of fly ash. The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the improved pipe head superheater for wide heating pipes, namely here two pipe heads are connected next to one another. b and d are the two pipe heads that are connected to by means of the turning piece c after the Rauchkarniner. In the case chosen for the example illustration, each pipe head contains a double-threaded screw which forms two steam paths running opposite one another, one of which is connected to the turning piece c, the other finite one of the steam pipes. The steam pipe a. leads the, 41asseii steam to the pipe head b, and the steam pipe e leads the superheated steam away from the pipe head d. So the steam goes through the path a, b, c, d, e.
The same individual pipe heads would be used if there were any
uni small heating pipes, where each heating pipe has only one pipe head. If z.
B. the pipe head b should be such a single pipe head in a small heating pipe,
so the Vet: bond would be finite your wet steam pipe a. be the same as in the drawing,
but instead of the turning piece c, the superheated steam pipe e would connect to the head b,
the shape of the cross section at the connection ends being completely the same as in the "drawing
would be.
